2000 ATK on a level 4? Well, Shave Boomerang's effect is pretty much good for two things: Clear Wing combos, or immediately using it to Xyz into a Rank 4 after you weaken something a tiny bit. 

 

So Three-Eyed Dice has an attack negation effect? Huh. That means Yugo would have won the duel in the episode even if Yuto HAD attacked with Dark Rebellion.
