Bringerofcake
This turn, reduce the Levels of all monsters in each player’s hand by 1 (even after they are Summoned/Set). You can banish this card from the Graveyard; this turn, reduce the Levels of all monsters in each player’s hand by (1?) (even if they are Summoned/Set). -Griffin
Uh... A Legendary Ocean v2? Sounds like a fun card that won't be run much.
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
It's a Mischief of the Yokai that you don't have to wait for them to have monsters out to play. Cool. It also has slight double utility as a way to NS Level 5 stuff, but I don't think this will come up very often.
Maeriberii Haan
Both effects can be used at once in a turn, so you can also NS level 6s with it. Uh...probably UAs? Sounds like another one of those cards that might become better in the future, I think.

Expelsword
Better than Yokai against some decks, but worse against others. Being able to use both effects at once is nice, but I don't see too many scenarios where that will help.
-Griffin
Use Gnomes->Use from Grave->Play Legandary Ocean->Normal Summon Coelacanth for no tribute->Realize this is not worth the inconsistency and setup.

newhat
Subpar for disruption since it relies on predicting an opponent's Xyz or Synchro with Materials from their hand. As for yourself, there are faster ways to -1 for a quick Level 5 Summon and it's not searchable, but the double-dip is potentially useful.

AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
What faster ways be those, and how can U.A. use it? Well, there's Star Blast, which lets you NS a UA for .5k Life Points. It's hardly worth it though.
Toffee.
So the most pro thing you can do with this card is use it to Summon Jinzo. K.
-Griffin
So the most pro thing you can do with this card is use it to Summon Jinzo. K. why not just use Jester Confit - you don't have to wait a turn and you get to run Jester Confit.
Toffee.
why not just use Jester Con-Because then This card would be pointless.Owait...Although, flipping this card early would be pretty silly if they had stuff like Tour Guide/etc in-hand, which would utterly fuck up any sort of play they wanted to do with it. Blake
Vampires is not a bad choice, as one mentioned earlier. You get access to Dark Rebellion, Key Beetle, etc. for a turn, while running more copies of "Sorcerer" in this form. It has the mileage to give you two uses at best, or disruption/MST Bait at worst that either forces Dweller or equivalent to answer it. If there was a good generic level 9 synchro, you could even use King of the Feral, but nothing worth that.
Neutrality Man
Both effects can be used at once in a turn, so you can also NS level 6s with it. Double Trigger this A Wild LVL10 Horahtkty Appears. Flip off your opponent as you shuffle for Game 3 Edit: Didn't notice "A Wild Monster Appears" says "Original level" now. Thank god they caught that before release.
