Aetellarknight Zefrathuban
LIGHT/Warrior/Pendulum/Effect
4/0/2100/Scale 1
: You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "tellarknight" or "Zefra" monsters. This effect cannot be negated.
: Once per turn, when this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Pendulum Summoned: You can target 1 "tellarknight" or "Zefra" card in a Monster Zone or Pendulum Zone you control other than this card, and one face-up card your opponent controls; destroy them.

Interesting thing to note, unlike the other Zefra -tellarknight, this cannot be absorbed by Planetellarknight Ptolemaios' effect. There's probably a storyline reason for this.

It's that Roach has been an ED card ever since it evolved, and this is either new or Chiwen. That's really it.

You'd use the pendulums in tellars for sure.

-2 that setting them is, if you get an Extra "normal summon(s)" per turn, you can do a lot more with the deck for less. set scales, NS Unuk, drop Deneb, Pendulum out Altair. And you have 3 RotA, which makes only Roach unsearchable by it... and he still has Deneb.

They have good effects, too, albeit a bit out of flavor.

Then you're just using it as a Pendulum Scale, not as an actual monster, so it not activating on Special Summon doesn't really matter. My point is that the destroy effect doesn't seem like it would ever be very useful for them.

Did you not read the last line.

If their effects sucked, you wouldn't use them at all, regardless of their scales. It does hurt their playability a bit that they're Not on regular SS, and it's bad flavor to boot.

Uh what.

You said they have good effects too, phrasing it like the effects dont matter too much, and then say that to someone for no reason, what's that all about?

As for the card its pretty good, but id rather use my NS for altair etc tbh :/

No I didnt?

I was pointing out that they DO have good effects at the end. I never said you play them just because they're pendulum swing, that just goes a ways. You play them because they have good effects and pendulums. Running cards to -2 scale set alone isn't enough to warrant it, or vanilla pendulums would be good, and so you have to have a decent effect, which I said they did. I added that at the end because I figured people didn't need a long winded rant about how decent effects + pendulum scales = Good.
