Since am using all of the Omni and Masked HERO's of different attributes fitting this in for deck space I only use 1. Mostly in Shadoll HERO, D-HERO or M-HERO Toolbox its commonly used at 2 or 3. Still with Dark Law lets hope we get M-HERO Blast and the remaining Level 6 Masked HERO's along with the remaining Level 8 Fire Masked HERO so with Masked Change the full optimal power of Form Change can be used since with my Deck I can use 2 Form Change with ease when setting up Omni HERO Fusion's (which have a lack of a Level 8 Earth Omni HERO Fusion). It may look like a plot device card, but really it is a fancy trick to drop Shadow Mist (or blazeman in ocg) more consistently and without using up a normal summon.
