CLG Klavier
Seeing as Number 95 is a thing now...those 2 seems like probably the most consistent way to make a Rank 8 Galaxy-Eyes to overlay the 95 onto.

Hieratics do the job better thanks to Legendary Maju Garzett, but these do have DRuler attributes...
Althemia
Yeah, these 2 are still going to be the best way to make 95 just due to how easy it is to access the two of them. People are obviously going to keep trying to make Hieratics a deck, but Hieratics'll never be a deck again.
CLG Klavier
Nah Question is if Hieratics have space for Dragon Rulers.
Althemia
Question is if Hieratics have space for Dragon Rulers. They can, but I would have thought the question would have been why would you play Hieratics
~British Soul~
Question is if Hieratics have space for Dragon Rulers. I seem to remember Hieratic Rulers being a thing in the past. EDIT: Ninja'd
JessicaMuddy
Only problem with these guys is finding a way to search for them. Mother Grizzly and Giant Rat work, but they leave them exposed during the BP.
CLG Klavier
They can, but I would have thought the question would have been why would you play Hieratics That as well. It's not the case of "How to summon 95 the fastest". It's about "what deck can run 95 well". And to do that, you need Rulers.
- Minimania -
I find Gold Sarc into Redox or Tidal really helpful for the Mythic Dragon I don't have in my hand, yet. Also, floodgate. Try using a ruler with Corsesca or White Stone into Scrap Dragon, use it's effect if you want, then go with Mythic Water Dragon.
Slinky
Hieratics do the job better thanks to Legendary Maju Garzett, but these do have DRuler attributes... As if the Druler attributes matter when they are also Dragons. I mean, you aren't going to run Redox outside of a concentrated E-Drag build. Spinny
That as well. It's not the case of "How to summon 95 the fastest". It's about "what deck can run 95 well". And to do that, you need Rulers. Summon 95 and ditch White Stone Of Legend, Eclipse wyvern and a D-ruler banish Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon using Wyvern and add BEWD to your hand via Stone and then banish them both to summon the D-ruler and add Darkness Metal to your hand. Thats how broken 95 can be.
Zauls
Only problem with these guys is finding a way to search for them. Mother Grizzly and Giant Rat work, but they leave them exposed during the BP. Redox and Tidal's banish effects search for these. That was the reason Mythic Rulers was ever a thing. But yeah, Number 95 is going to be pretty scary and Mythic Rulers abuse it really well. Its turned the deck from a slow grindy beatdown deck to a fast scary OTK thing. Probably still won't be able to compete though.
Slinky
... Why wOULDN'T you run Redox in Gadgets/Gem-Knights/Traptrix/etc.? =x Well, attribute support is fine. I meant in the sense that You aren't going to run it solely because Tree is earth. When you can Tidal/Blaster because they are dragons as well.
