Slinky
2 Level 4 "Chronomaly" monstersOnce per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponentcontrols; change its ATK to 0 until the end of this turn. You can Tribute1 "Chronomaly" monster, then target 1 monster your opponent controls, whose current ATK is different from its original ATK; destroythat target. Slinky
I'm not even sure how the hell you pronounce "Huyuk" At least Hyuk was easier to pronounce.
Maeriberii Haan
This is named Chateau as a pun The basis of this card is Çatalhöyük, which usually written as Catal Huyuk. Sooooooooooooooooooooo they picked Chateau since it's pronounced similarly to Catal.
Resident Fascist
Wow, all we need now is Nebra Disk and a time machine, and this release might actually be somewhat relevant. Seriously, this card is almost over a year old now. Why are cards being taken out of our packs, anyway? Anyway, the card itself is actually amazing, it's just a shame Chronos have fallen by the wayside because of general powercreep happening in the game. That and they have only two above decent monsters. Nebra Disk is ridiculous, and Golden Jet is ehh... Decent? It could be far worse, lets you make Rank 5s at least. Still not going to do anything though. if Chronos get more good level 4s or something, then sure.

Same as the TCG getting cards added to their packs that the OCG doesn't get for a while. At least we're finally getting a huge bunch of them. At least we're finally getting a huge bunch of them. But why do OCG exclusives exist in the first place? We already wait months to receive our translated, censored and butchered sets, so why on earth are they deciding it would be a great idea to make TCG sealed product worse than it already is? I mean, the release policy this game has is actually almost counter-productive, I have almost no incentives to buy a main series set because I know literally practically every card in them is trash and the ones that aren't are found once every millennia when the flying pigs cross the orbit of Uranus on the way to Nonsense land. I don't think I've actually bought main series packs in years, or at least, I don't remember. I mean, things like Secret Forces (minus the absurd print ratios) are fine, but butchering the game's core expansions like this makes very little sense. I mean, the OCG literally gets everything as is. It's very clear Konami cares more about their Japanese player base than their player base worldwide, at this point. TCG has exclusives as well, why aren't you complaining about the existence of U.A.s, or Burning Abyss?
Resident Fascist
What you are saying is false. TCG has exclusives as well, why aren't you complaining about the existence of U.A.s, or Burning Abyss? Exclusives in general are a bad idea. It would be wonderful if one of the most popular card games in the world had somewhat something of synchronized set releases, and didn't split both sides of it's game up with the essential grand canyon between them. At this point, it's like Pokemon. You either play Yugioh OCG version, which has slightly different cards, or Yugioh TCG version, which has different cards again. A huge gap between the two sides of the game is not a good thing.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Considering the banlists and overall cardpool are different, one can simply regard TCG and OCG as separate games. It isn't like they ever end up facing each other, so exclusives really aren't harmful to the game at all. Anyway, my point was that you saying how konami showed favoritism toward Japan was false, considering that exclusives go both ways.

Okay, how many players in Japan do you think want to play with Burning Abyss or U.A.? A good number, I assume. How many players here want to play D/D/D, or want specific legacy support cards in English any time this year? A good number. So why are the two mutually exclusive? Why does Japan get one thing and we get another? No matter which side you look at it from, it's silly and honestly the best thing that could be done is a synchronization of the card pool. Sure, you'll always have outliers, but when there are several cards in every set removed as OCG exclusives, it's sort of upsetting.

evilfusion
I admit to being incredibly peeved last year when I discovered the TCG was not getting the LVAL exclusives. Because Heraldics and Chronomaly support. And Numbers. It's frustrating, but I've more or less come to accept it and just look forward to those special set releases that do cough up former exclusives. In exchange for the exclusives not being in each set, we instead get a set that has only the exclusives, and I tend to like those. Then again, I stopped buying packs and such ages ago when I discovered it was much cheaper and convenient to buy singles online.

It would have been nice if we had gotten these, oh I don't know.....When the game was more focused around Xyz Summoning?
