Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned (can be Normal Set, however) or Special Summoned.

FLIP: Apply one of these two effects:

1. Destroy either all of your opponent's Monster cards or all of their Spell/Trap cards. This card is sent to the graveyard afterwards.

2. This card can attack your opponent directly. This card is permanently switched to Defense mode afterwards and cannot attack.

This one I mostly came up with on the fly. Therefore, I don't have much to say. XD As usual, criticisms and suggestions are appreciated. ^^

EDIT: Cleared up a few things, tweaked its summoning conditions, and lowered its attack.

Heh. This card reminds me of Jowls of Dark Demise. Both eyes inside jaws... both flip monsters with effects pertaining to attacking directly...

Of course, I do have the same question as the above poster, but even if that were the case, I'd lower it's ATK by 500 at LEAST.

Okay, let's see if we can make this a little clearer.

FLIP: Select Apply 1 of two these effects:

* Destroy either all of your opponent's all monsters your opponent controls, then send cards or all of their Spell/Trap cards. this card is sent to the Graveyard afterwards.

* Destroy all Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls, then send this card to the Graveyard.

* Change this card to Defense Position, also it cannot change its battle position. This card can attack your opponent directly regardless of Monster cards on their field. This card is permanently while in face-up Defense Position mode.

Its practically nonexistent DEF means it won't even be able to take an attack when the opponent knows what it is. Most would opt for one of the two nuking effects when they Set this card since it's doomed regardless if set off in an attack. Others might jump at what is effectively a 2700 LV4 that has no drawbacks, seeing that you can Normal Summon it.

Would recommend something like "Cannot be Normal Summoned (but can be Normal Set). Cannot be Special Summoned." to avert easy access to mad-high ATK or easy recursion of a Raigeki/HFD.

My only question is how? Is it like Super Heavys and can attack in defense?

Nope. It switches to defense mode after attacking permanently and can't attack until it's brought back from the graveyard or brought back from being banished.

Yeah, I was thinking it was a bit too high, as well. 2200 seems reasonable.

1. Yes, that is what I meant.

2. Again, exactly what I meant.

3. OK, aside from changing it to Defense position permanently, this is not what I meant at all. What I meant is for it to be able to get off only one free direct attack before being rendered helpless by being in permanent defense position.

What I intended with this card was for it to be essentially either a free Direct Attack or Monster/Spell/Trap nuke with few field drawbacks. Thanks for suggesting the summoning restrictions. I also originally intended for it to be banished instead of sent to the graveyard whenever it gets destroyed, but I was afraid it would end up being too underwhelming.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions, guys. I'll edit the card accordingly.
