Flash Flyer - Sakura
If a Level 7 or lower "Red-Eyes" monster(s) you control, except "Red-Eyes B. Chick", is destroyed by an opponent's attack or card effect and sent to your Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card from your hand in Defense Position, and if you do, Special Summon as many of those destroyed monsters as possible in the same battle position they were in when destroyed. You can Tribute this card; you can Normal Summon 1 "Red-Eyes" monster, except "Red-Eyes B. Chick", during your Main Phase this turn, in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) --- You guys wanted a topic for this, so here you go. Discuss away.
Spinny
Seems good? I'm not really sure how they play but raigeki negater is always nice.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
It doesn't protect their new Xyz from destruction (although they have Spirit and other stuff to revive him anyway); although yeah it basically neuters Raigeki and other sweep removal, since they'll come back. That, or just the opponent destroying it as usual. And then we have it being able to Gemini Summon some of their members (provided you Tribute this card first) or some other things. ---- Not sure on how the Deck plays either, but from testing (albeit pre-April), I think they either go into that Fusion of theirs or make R7s (including that Xyz of theirs) and so on. Yellow Jacket
1. What the hell is a tracer"dragon? 2. My brother runs a red-eyes deck and I dont see him running this at all unless maybe at 1.
EndUser
It's a more useful, archetypal Interplanetarypurplythorny Dragon with the ability to revive the destroyed Red-Eyes monsters. Only the ED Red-Eyes monsters render the card useless, so it provides a decent "anti-Raigeki" counter card for the MD's monsters (and then come the big bosses). Unless someone plays a full-aggresive deck or runs more suitable defenses (according to their build), they should include at least 1 copy of this card to their deck. P.S. Why is "Red-Eyes B. Chick" always excluded from the Red-Eyes family?
Yellow Jacket
Black chick is always excluded because you can't go back to a baby. Its red eyes growing up, or at least it used to be before this new stuff came out. My brother wants a red eyes ultimate dragon instead but I told him they won't make it for the simple fact of what would be the purpose of fusing 3 to get a 3600 when you could fuse 2 to make a 3500 meteor black. And by the way, if red eyes continues this path with the stone and the knight of dark dragon, then I damn sure know that its ultimate form would be 3600. It could have an effect though that would try to make it more playable.
Lonk
It should have been Level 7.
玄魔の王
P.S. Why is "Red-Eyes B. Chick" always excluded from the Red-Eyes family? Its Japanese name is Kokuryuu no Hina, with no Red-Eyes in it. That's why.
Yellow Jacket
But I heard that these new red eyes and the old red eyes cards have something in their names that don't go together is that true?
玄魔の王
But I heard that these new red eyes and the old red eyes cards have something in their names that don't go together is that true? Different members of the archetype either use Kanji below the Katakana for Reddoaizu or they don't, but the Katakana is all the text calls for. Yellow Jacket
Just checking. By the way, in dimension of chaos I think we're gonna get more red eyes and a new meteor black dragon. I heard its gonna be more chaos oriented. So I'm thinking because red eyes is dark and blue eyes is light, maybe we'll get blue eyes support. What do you think? Yellow Jacket
To me, this was a waste of a red eyes card.
Blake
To me, this was a waste of a red eyes card. I mean, at least it's protection. It makes you not lose to Mirror Force/Raigeki/etc., and it's not like you give a fuck about Air Force or w/e it's being called. It's just a "Mirage" trap card as a level 4 monster. Nothing wrong with that.
Yellow Jacket
Why yes that's understandable but half of the Red-Eyes cards running around the deck are already graveyard oriented such as darkness metal, flare metal and red-eyes return just to name a few. It just seems like Red-Eyes just doesn't give a damn about dying.
