-----------------

Priest of the Ice Barrier

Spellcaster / Level 4 / WATER / Tuner / Effect

400 / 1900

While you control another "Ice Barrier" monster, neither player can Special Summon monsters except for "Ice Barrier" monsters. When this card is sent from the field to the graveyard you can Special Summon 1 "Ice Barrier" monster from your graveyard except this card. You can only use the effect of "Priest of the Ice Barrier" once per turn.

----------------

Guardian of the Ice Barrier

Aqua / Level 2 / WATER / Effect

1300 / 100

When you Normal or Special Summon an "Ice Barrier" monster you can Special Summon this card from your Hand or graveyard but when Special Summoned from the graveyard by this effect Banish it when it leaves the field. You can only Special Summon 1 "Guardian of the Ice Barrier" once per turn this way. You can Tribute this card then Special Summon 1 "Ice Barrier" monster from your Hand. You can only use this effect of "Guardian of the Ice Barrier" once per turn.

-----------------

Lloydian Dragon of the Ice Barrier

Sea Serpent / Level 8 / WATER / Synchro / Effect

2600 / 2300

When this card is Synchro Summoned Destroy all other cards on the field. During either player's turn: when a monster effect or Spell/Trap card is activated you can Negate the activation and if you do destroy it. You must control another "Ice Barrier" monster to activate and resolve this effect. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent you can Add 1 "Ice Barrier" Spell/Trap card from your Deck to your Hand.

These cards are interesting,
Priest of The Ice Barrier is cool with a high DEF count, and being a Level 4 is a plus. The Priest's effect that only allows "Ice Barrier" monsters to be special summoned is cool, limiting out any cards like Call of The Haunted or Monster Reborn from being used by an opponent (if they don't have an Ice Barrier deck of course). Since I don't know any of the other Ice Barrier monsters, special summoning other ones from the graveyard when he's destroyed is a little overpowered, considering there could be one monstrous type of monster in this archetype.

I like how you can quickly summon the Guardian of The Ice Barrier when another monster in this set's special summoned, could be helpful on Synchro summoning Lloydian Dragon. His effect though, a little broken. Or did you intend for his effect to destroy every card on the field, as well as himself? And with that, his effect would he useless, or can you special summon Synchros from the grave?

Oh and one more curious thing, wouldn't the guardian of the ice Barrier, be an ice barrier? Since a barrier is a form of protection after all?...

These cards could help out already existing Ice Barrier monsters. However, I can't help but think that they may be a tad slow. Guardian's effect has a minus in which the Special Summoned monster is banished. And the Synchro monster's effect may be somewhat overpowered. Though, Ice Barrier cards are already slow. Still, I appreciate it when someone makes support for an archetype that could use it/need it. I've actually made Ice Barrier cards before; this is one of them:

Just keep doing what you do.

Priest can act like a mini-floodgate by locking off other SSing (although for Ice Barriers, it essentially means the Main Deck and Gungnir; recall Brio/Trish are currently banned).

But revival is nice, and can give your 'mons a second chance (if you can't already use Gantala for revival). Floodgates aren't nice, especially when they get the capacity to lock off most of the game.

Guardian is nice for increasing field presence and setting up for Synchros (I'd say Xyz, but Barriers generally don't run R2 monsters). Or you can use it to get a suitable monster out (I'd likely use this to get out one of the Generals, if lack of Tribute fodder)

-----

Lloydian breaks the naming flavor with the Ice Barrier dragons; recall that all of them are named after spears. Doing a quick Google search, nothing on a weapon named that.

You might want to change that.

Although granted, it is a mandatory field nuke in its own right, so it will prove detrimental to you unless your board is more/less empty.

Usage-wise, not really sure how consistently you can make it.

From experience, I usually don't go into Level 8s in Barriers; especially with the WATER condition. You can afford to take it off though (or change it to WATER monsters instead; like what Gungnir already does). If we use pure Barriers, only way you're making this is Raiho + Cryomancer. (Although Priest does make Level 8s possible, but just keep that in mind)

As for searching when it damages opponent, Ice Barriers don't really have a lot of good S/T, outside of Medallion and Triangle. Other ones aren't really used.

Although it searches the new cards here, but grading this on the existing card pool.

Then we have it being a Shi-En for Barriers, except requiring another Ice Barrier to be present.

-----

Frozen Village helps with their field presence, and gets a free draw out of it. That helps, since they more/less need their hand to keep the opponent in check (see Dance Princess, Gungnir and a lot of other key cards).

-----

Secret Art is basically a more restrictive / higher cost version of Yosenjus; you can get away with dropping it to 1, but just put an OPT on it.

Although you already have Lloydian negating stuff like Shi-En, so...
