I Hate Snatch Steal
According to: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Rulings:Vanity%27s_Emptiness its legal to use these 2 to make a special summon lock that doesn't self destruct when a card goes to your graveyard. How come I've never seen this combo? I used to think it was ruled to be illegal but apparently not
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Imperial Custom works best when you run a lot of different Continuous Traps you'd rather have protected. Most Decks don't run enough to make Custom worth running, since you're pretty much protecting only Vanity's (Fiendish Chain also sometimes, and sometimes CotH). Plus, you want to kill your own Vanity's Emptiness sometimes so you can make game-ending plays.
The Amazing Avian
Because only Yosenju can really use it and I would think that as soon as Custom is destroyed, Vanity would go as well.
ihop
Because if they have MST all they need to do is MST Imperial Custom, plus it means you're no longer in control of your Vanity's and basically get all the negative effects your opponent does. Ryusei the Morning Star
it was play back when Skill Drain was @3 as well. Customs is best with traps monsters tbh
Neutrality Man
plus it means you're no longer in control of your Vanity's and basically get all the negative effects your opponent does. And you say this in such a way to imply that isn't a good thing for the game. Vanity's Emptiness is going through the same steps as Imperial Order did when it was legal. I sit here prepping while my opponent can't do s*** because I turned off a vital game mechanic to every deck in the game. I turn the game mechanic back on and instantly kill him/her. ihop
We're not talking about anything being good for the game. We're talking about an individual card choice and this choice is a poor choice for you.

And this is why Custom isn't run with Emptiness. Nobody wants to lock themselves into this combo except Yosenju, who don't care one way or the other. Sander
I used to play these 2 cards in combination with Macro Cosmos when Macro was @3 in trap monster.dek. Managed to make a field with the trap monster that destroys monsters after damage step etc. etc. Was fun.
