Add that card to your hand, also send the remaining cards to the Graveyard. I think this card is really cool, but what applications could it have in modern decks? Maybe sylvans, but given how theyre not that relevant anymore... It would be damn hilarious to give control of this via creature swap/reverse reuse to a Superheavy Sam player though. ~Faytl~ Posted August 12, 2015 Report Share Posted August 12, 2015 When resolving the effect of "Magical Merchant", if you do not have any Spell or Trap Cards in your Deck, then the Monster Cards which you picked up are shuffled and returned to the Deck. TF2_The_Scout Posted August 13, 2015 Report Share Posted August 13, 2015 I think this card is good for Chaos.dek, seeing how it's light and can dump a lot of light and dark monsters in the grave, not to mention Dragon Rulers. You could hypothetically get BLT(BLS) and his wannabes out and then use Return from the Different Dimension to OTK pretty hard. Granted though, this would only work in an Unlimited format.
