WHILE THIS INITIALLY SEEMS LIKE A BUMMER, POWER OVER THE WIND IS ACTUALLY QUITE OVERPOWERED. YOU'RE LITERALLY INCITING MOVEMENT IN MOLECULES FROM NOTHING; THIS COUNTERACTS THAT LITTLE LAW THAT WE CALL "ENTROPY."
