Blake
Can I just say that I really, really love this card. It's nto a card you use most games. It's not especially strong. But the fact that it's so easy to find a copy of, and it offers value as both a spell AND a monster makes it shine, to me. Even 1 copy has a fair share of utility ,as it's just an easy "+600" minimum scale. Usually more, maxing at a +21. As a monster, it usually only gives 600-900 extra ATK, but that's a lot on a Vortex, Gravity, Ignister, Majester. And you can either pop it for Sky Arc/Sorceror/Ignister or use it to make Ignister with Noble. It's a real shame that it's scale 3, because it would be plain better than Drumerilla if it had that better scale. Lizardraw recursion aids in OTKs/longevity, so. Draconus297
You say it maxes out at +21. Performapals also have Pinch Helper, so 3 copies of that mean it can max out at +3000. Turn any Pal into a beatstick, and if you don't care about scales, you can have Camelump in your other Pendulum Zone to give it multi-attack, and that's not even counting boosts from Drummerilla, Silver Claw, et cetera . . .Obliteration. Draconus297
Which one granted double attacks, again? Anyway, gimmick strategies tend not to care about what is technically viable, and Maximized Partnaga would be a gimmick strategy.

BlackBeartic
I used to hate how this card pretty much locked all the good pals from attacking. Now with fusion, ritual and even synchro builds the lock seems more hurtful to your opponent. I typically only use this for a scale though.
Draconus297
Because not all of us are obsessed with strictly meta-focused decisions, and like to do things that are stupidly fun? Anyway, if there are any other continuous Perfomapal Spells/Traps, they'd help Partnaga be even greater, as well. In any case, the new beatstick is the sharply-dressed animal. Wildflame
Being a low scale that is searchable by King of the Feral Imps can be really helpful in Mages & Pals. And in Pure Pals, I actually like this better than Kong. The potential ATK gain it offers is much higher.
玄魔の王
Definitely better as a scale since you can use the effect multiple times, and count scales. Mufferleo, also bad but who ever said max partnaga or anything this is a deck that can make legitimately good moves and progress, why degrade it with poor card choices of that ilk =xBecause duel de egao. Toffee.
Because not all of us are obsessed with strictly meta-focused decisions, and like to do things that are stupidly fun? It's not about being "meta-focused", mind you. It's about making a Deck more effecient/optimized/etc, since in Ygo you can honestly play anything you want. You should just try and be smart about your choices/etc, in regards to the sort of plays you want to make.
The Warden
Pretty much what Armz said. You can duel for funsies, but it doesn't hurt to optimise your deck so you can actually WIN with it.
Miror B
Because not all of us are obsessed with strictly meta-focused decisions, and like to do things that are stupidly fun?Even when I made my elemental lord deck for "stupidly fun", I had to give up on it because it just didn't work like I wanted and I couldn't get it to work like I wanted. Just because you're trying to have fun doesn't mean you have to make bad choices. If a card just doesn't work like you need it to, you probably shouldn't play it.
