I just think the card is the latest mistake (pun not intended) and will be Limited/banned as soon as KONAMI realize how broken they made it, but not before cashing it out. It's not really all that broken at all, I am not sure if you are aware, but it only work when it's attacking, so you can easily take it out, and if they got no Scales, they can't Summon it back again. Sure it has a wider range of use, but it's worse than Archfiend Eccentrick in 9/10 scenarios, and it's not worth the 1/10 when it has a shitty 3 scale. It's not broken, at all. It's not bad per se, it's just worse than something like 2. Which was answered right above you.I don't find it a BIG deal myself, it's of couse a bit sucky for some Decks that would like to use Level 3s. Still, this is probably not something you are going to put in the Pendulum Scale often, since it doesn't have any effects anyway, so for me, Scale 3 is fine for it.
