Monarch King
Field Spell Card The player with the lowest LP takes no damage. Once per turn, during the Main Phase: The turn player can pay 1000 LP, then activate 1 of these effects;● Send the top 2 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard.● Destroy this card.● Your opponent gains 1000 LP.Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this effect's activation

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Chicken Game 1 already pissed off people as-is.This card is exactly the same, bar for the "Draw 1 card" effect becoming "mill 2 from top of Deck". A lot of Decks nowadays like having their stuff in the Graveyard, including stuff like Burning Abyss, LS and some other stuff. This gives them more fuel to do whatever they want, and a lot of them can already mill themselves without using this to further it. So yeah, not a good idea.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Honestly, this is a fine design. Chicken Game is good because it is a +0. This, effectively, is a -1. I feel the anti-chaining clause should be removed, less for balance and more for symmetry to the original.
Azuriena
I feel the anti-chaining clause should be removed, less for balance and more for symmetry to the original. How does removing it make for more symmetry to the original? Anyhow, I agree with Giga; the design is fine. Also, everyone likes drawing. Not everyone cares about milling their own Deck, or even want it. Your opponent can be far more inclined to pay 1000 LP to pop Chicken Game II than they would have against Chicken Game I.
