2  or more"Majespecter" Pendulum monsters
Must be Fusion Summoned from your Extra Deck by Tributing the required monsters and cannot be Special Summoned other ways. This card gains ATK equal to the total Level of "Majespecter" monsters used for its summon x200.  During either player's turn when a Spell/Trap card or effect is activate: You can Tribute 1 Pendulum monster or a card in your Pendulum Zone; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. During either player's End Phase: If you Tributed a monster(s) this turn: Your can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Majespecter" that is face-up from your Extra Deck. You can only use each of these effects of "Majespecter Paragon" once per turn and only once that turn. Cannot be targeted by, or destroyed by, an opponent's card effects.

Ah I see there is the unnecessary overprotection effect majespecters tend to have ...  where is the your opponent cannot play ef ... ah there it is ...

Well to be honest I do not like majespecters in general (especially their design), but they are at least in some way a bit balanced, by at least not being able to nullify the opponent's spells and traps, which (at least spells) are necessary to build a board (or in the case of pends to play at all), of course requiring to use 3 majespecters for one negation sounds very strong, but considering how fast they accumulate advantage (including more majespecters), also as this does not require any kind of fusion spell in a deck which has an open extra deck anyway, this simply makes them more ridiculous.

However it seems you see it as well, as the title already hints it.

that is hand's down , almost rage quit , salt material , but i love that art 0-0 . its glorious.

Follow the Advanced Clause.

How exactly is this card salt-material for players.

That sounds about right for them, and that's coming from me who still uses the Deck.

A multiple Solemn Judgment of sorts for them isn't a good idea, given how quickly they can get monsters on board to make this.

Although this card can't recur itself like the others can, it can certainly be annoying for a while.
