If I read that thread correctly on the Orgy, someone actually guessed that would be its name (or close to it, anyway).

Then again, I don't speak Japanese that well, so wouldn't have come to that.

For now, hopefully it is indeed a misprint on P-effect.

One could play two copies in the P-Zone (if you don't care about P-Summoning) and lock the opponent from doing much.

 

Though, either way you play this (summon this or set as Scale), opponent's losing access to one of their card zones, whether it's backrow or monsters.

 

Ojamas will like this, since it does pretty much what they already do, except with extensions to S/T.

(Although, I don't think a suitable Scale 2 for them exists along this; might get leaked later, but idk)
