Spellcaster/Pendulum/Effect

Pendulum Effect If a face-up "Performage" monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone, then take 500 damage. You can only use this effect of "Performage Flame Mascot" once per turn.

Monster Effect If this card on the field is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Performage" monster from your hand or Deck, except "Performage Flame Mascot".

Yeah, so this is staying a common in TCG-land, discuss?

Even without Wizard/Sorcerer at the moment, the deck than still be very strong since it's easy to access to now, but won't be til we at least get Joker.

Assuming you mean EMem without Sorceror, it's practically unplayable. This is much different than not having Lavalval chain, as Lavalval chain's absence means you have a decreased chance of seeing 1 of your core engine pieces (Damajuggler) as being able to convert 2 vanillas into any clown in your deck is powerful. Without Sorceror you are completely missing your core engine piece, Sorc's hand refill is extremely important not to mention Joker would be searching vanilla scales otherwise.

Card wont be adorable when it torches your meta

Weren't you saying EMem won't work? What changed :0

Rafflesia. I'm getting the feeling Chain will be unchain next list

Rafflessia doesn't suddenly make the deck good. The engine still remains the same (it should go without saying that percentages you will see Joker, Sorc, Damajuggler is essentially the same minus Lavalval Chain in cases where you don't open Juggler), all Rafflesia adds is a another deckbuilding decision between Clash of Dracorivals, Notice Ariadne, and the Trap Hole cards.

It looks worse than Notice, as the trap hole cards are awful atm (Treacherous vs Majespecter and Kozmo; Bottomless still sucks), and even as a T1 summon it seems inferior to Cairngorgon or Giant Hand in the EMem mirror.

I meant them going out of their way to make raff in bosh maybe hints at chain

I already addressed that twice in my previous posts, you are really overvaluing Chain. EMem's strength has always been its engine, Chain's inclusion just makes it easier to play Zephyros and Bulb, or allows you to convert two non-engine cards into Damage Juggler (we can conclude that that the OCG iteration is more consistent than the projected TCG version despite both engines being the same). The deck doesn't suddenly become good if Lavalval Chain comes back; it is already good and in the case of Chain it will get better. BOSH has already given the deck plenty of options.

I don't see how the deck can function cohesively without Chain though. Monkey, Crobat. Wizard can form the Pal search cycle, but you still need to somehow get Mascot in your hand to trigger. It seems cloggy without Chain.

There have been duels where the player wont summon shock, never seen one without chain. It's a slightly lower probability of going off without Chain than with, which might be the edge a deck like Nekroz as TCG currently has it to overwhelm the deck.

The deck is a tad bit inconsistent in my opinion, if people find a way to fit in the seraphs that should help, otherwise we'd have to wait till BOSH, and by god, the Bulb will be vital TCG side if m&m's is to stop Nekroz, so I'd think the lack of chain will be quite potent.

However seeing the outreach to get Rafflesia, and CDI (likely wizard too), coupled with the fact Chain's ban was the worse TCG move since Ravine, it's quite likely the card will return

>Good card coming to TCG

>Staying common

KONAMI WHAT ARE YOU ON AND CAN I HAVE SOME!?

OT: A ruling nightmare, not because it's hard to rule, but because too many people don't understand that a pendulum monster leaving the field becomes a monster.

Was common in OCG too.

Everybody deserves to have Icecream
