Post and I'll Make a Character

Recommended Posts

OP will deliver. I'm sure of it.

Took him a while but deliver he did.

Name: Garry

Gender: Male

Age: 15

Race: Gnome

Garry is a shy, quite young Gnome, doesn't really go out of his way to make a scene...until he does. A boiling pot of emotion, there are times that Garry can't help but just explode in emotion at times. Sometimes this is out of anger, but it's often out of excitement. He's often embarrassed by these outbursts but also sees them as a necessary thing to keep himself sane. Always curious but also somewhat lazy, Garry loves to ask question after question to learn new things, and doesn't often go out of his way to discover them on his own. He believes this is a much easier way and it lets him have more time for his passion. Garry is a tinkerer. He is determined to find new and improved ways of doing things, through technology. Though more often than not these attempts seem to blow up in his face. Nonetheless he still carries on. Has a wanderlust that can't be contained by questions alone, but he's nervous about setting out into the dangerous and unknown world.

Born an orphan, Garry never let that get to him. He was raised in an orphanage, yes, but the people who ran it were genuinely kind and he was able to make a few friends there. Always having a positive view on friendships, he wasn't upset when one would get adopted, but instead happy for them. He wasn't ever adopted, but he didn't mind. The owners of the orphanage set him up with a small workshop where he was able to toil away in peace and quiet. Though he did often wonder about what else there was to the world, and just what happened to his parents. But he can't really complain about his lot in life. remember kids, not everyone needs tragedy and drama in their backstory

Garry has soft fuzzy down-like hair, which is close shaven, and the beginnings of a light brown goatee on his chin. He usually is wearing a simple cotton shirt with a leather apron that has many many pockets. His nose is long, and he has a bright smile.

Garry doesn't have many special powers on his own, besides his talent for tinkering and some magical aptitude. However he does have one project that he has been working on for several years. An armored swordsman, who wields a large blade that is roughly the same height as the construct, which is human sized. He has dubbed this construct "Buster". It's not fully functional as of yet, but perhaps some day soon....

Guess who I finally got to? Also last one of page two, woot.

You will try

Name: Felix
Gender: Male
Age: 30
Race: Cat

Felix is a cat. A literal cat. Black fur, white patch around left eye, fluffy tail, green eyes. You know. A cat. He has been a cat for all his life, though he has been a cat longer than most cats. You see Felix accidentally interrupted a group of cultist who were attempting to bring forth a demon to grant them unending life. Unfortunately for them the demon had planned to take control of their bodies and use them as his puppets. Fortunately for them the demon missed. He instead entered the body of the then one year old cat that wandered into the warehouse late one stormy night. Having no knowledge of how to control a cat body, the demon was unable to do anything as the cat continued on its way. Over time the cat began to realize it lived longer than most of his kind, had strange abilities, and was also growing in intelligence. Upon his 11th year, he learned how to talk, and was as intelligent as the average human. He has since surpassed that and would be considered quite above average, and learned how to speak several other languages. The demon sometimes rears up to try and control him, but Felix's will and wit always wins out in the end, even if sometimes he loses some control over his body and abilities.

Felix is sassy, he quite likes to throw insults and taunts at everyone and everything. Human adults, babies, dogs, birds, cockroaches, whatever. If it is living, he'll sass it. He realizes how different he is and loves it, using his abilities to impress others, get attention, and play around. He is careful to avoid this around humans with magical potential and strong wills, as they aren't susceptible to his memory altering abilities. He realizes that most of this world doesn't know of the existence of magic and demons, and also knows there's another world somewhere. But he prefers to stay in this one. Felix likes to keep with what he knows, and prefers to stay around people who he can out think. He is self-conscious about his appearances, however. He's jealous of entirely black cats, thinking his marking makes him not as good looking as them, and he hates not being better. When he focuses on a task, even something for fun, sometimes especially so, he gets really into it, so much that he can sometimes forget his limitations and the outside world.

Felix's powers, besides the typical cat stuff, is as follows. Being able to alter the memories of weak willed beings into forgetting his abilities and the fact he can talk. Being able to create up to three clones of himself, which he can control independently. They can't think for themselves but can follow simple commands, and Felix can sense whatever they can sense, if he so chooses. And the power to generate a shadowy tendril that he can make move things. This tendril can stretch long distances, and become almost entirely invisible, at will.

Never gonna die totally~

ok, sure?

Name: Malcolm Makelm
Gender: Male
Age: 28
Race: Human

Malcolm is a sorta a mad scientist type. Only he’s not mad, only slightly moody at times, and he’s also not a scientist exactly. He’s a technition and war history buff with a goal. He is determined to build his dream machine. A walking Artillery. A ten foot tall wonder of technological beauty. Of course he didn’t have the money or means to build it so he had to make due with planning and planning and planning. An entire room in his home is dedicated to this project, plans and parts all over the floor, wall, and even ceiling. His neighbors are terrified of him and his family often tries to lure him away from this mad scheme. He makes decent money however, and has somewhat of a social life, so he doesn’t see any reason to stop.
As a child his father, a veteran, would tell him all about war. Much to his mother’s chagrin. Malcolm became facinated with weaponry and tactics, and told his father all the time that he was going to build something amazing that could be used to save the lives of many soldiers. His father never quite had the heart to point out the fact Malcolm was glossing over. To save one side likely would include killing the other.
As Malcolm got older and this obsession grew, his father started to get worried. Even more worried when, at 25, Malcolm got money from a mysterious benefactor to start work on his project. He tried to have talks with him about how wrong his dream was, but got caught in a terrorist attack and died.
Malcolm took this to heart, and begun to be even more intent on his project, determined that it be used to stop such attacks. Strangely there were conspiracy theorists who claimed the attack wasn’t actually by terrorists but those were swept under the rug.

Malcolm is determined and educated, but also sometimes stubborn and single-minded. He’s quite intelligent but prone to focusing far too much on one aspect and missing the big picture. Doesn’t like to express himself anymore, due to how often his words are misunderstood. He is infinitely curious about the inner workings of both man and machine and if he’s comfortable enough will ask dozens of questions, often coming off as over-eager. He believes that technology is the way the world will be saved, and sometimes has delusions of granduer. Mostly about being the savior of mankind.

Malcolm is tall, and slightly pudgy, though not fat. His hair is long and red, and he has a crooked nose from when he got into a fight with a kid on the playground who mocked soldiers. Wears overalls and an apron most everywhere he goes. People mistake him for a farmer or chef often.

Name: Gene Eric

Gender: Male

Age: 20

Race: Human

Gene is a powerful Spellblade. A peerless swordsman who combines swift sword strikes with devastating and explosive magic. He laughs in the face of danger and dives headfirst into battle no matter the cost, for the greater justice.

At least that's what he is in his dreams. In reality Gene is a simple nerd. A boy who loves to watch anime and play video games, the kind of guy you expect to see being shoved in lockers in high school. Glasses, messy red hair, freckles, so on. However, he has a wit and charm about him that made the bullies stay away for the most part. Mostly because everyone else thought him to be a nice guy and would often defend him. He hates this, he doesn't want to be defended, he wants to defend. It's his greatest desire, to be like the video game and anime characters he loves. A smart guy, Gene has a knack for problem solving and when he's not playing games or watching anime he can be found solving puzzles.

Gene can be a bit reclusive, as well. He gets uncomfortable being looked at for too long and so he often shies away from the spotlight, something that also bothers him about himself. He's often wanting to improve himself, but struggles to do it, and gets frustrated at this. Despite his charm, many people tend to forget about him when he's not within eyesight. Even his parents occasionally forgot about him when he's in his room.

Which works for him. The one bully that he can't avoid, is his step-father. His dad died during combat, having been a soldier in the army, and most of his life he was raised by just his mother. Who would buy him old TV shows to keep him busy while she worked multiple jobs. He was a happy boy, not quite realizing how hard she had it, and content with the life he led.

Then her mother got married. They moved to a better house, better school, better life. But Gene wasn't as happy. His step-father refused to let him watch the kind of shows his mother did, making him go out and do sports, which he wasn't good at, and watch news, which he couldn't stand. And when he tried to talk back, or anything the step-father thought of as disrespectful, he'd be hit.

It wasn't a horrible life, by far, but he just didn't feel quite right. When mentioning the "in his dreams" thing, it was literal. Every night he dreams of a particular world, a world with many strange creatures, where he had great power. He remembers every detail of these dreams when he wakes, and he has started daydreaming about it.

One day, when remembering a particularly harrowing adventure he "had", a man came up to him. It was Summer and he was wearing a trenchcoat, so he took notice immediately. He remembered struggling to make out any other details, and he couldn't remember anything besides long fingers. It baffled him but he got a headache whenever he thought about it too much.

In any case, the man came to him and knew about the dreams. More attention-grabbing than even the trenchcoat. Gene was terrified at first but the man mollified him. And promised that he could bring him into that world, and give him those powers, if only he signed a deal with the man that he'd help him in a time of need.

Gene is greatly unsure of this proposal, but night after night it becomes more and more tempting....

Gene has no discernible powers...Or...does he?

*Slow clapping intensifies*

Impressive...impressive...

Neither have been around for a while but let none say I don't eventually deliver.

I am a patient person haha. I shall wait xP

Name: Zuzu
Gender: Female

Age: Unknown, looks young is best guess.

Race: Unknown

Zuzu is a creature of a race of people long since extinct. No one knows anything about the race, and Zuzu isn't saying. Grey skin, a single, spiraled, horn on her forehead, fangs, and a prehensile tail with a spear-like tip. Strange is certainly a good description. She's tall, compared to human women, at five foot nine inches, but seems to be quite light. Her eyes are golden, and her hair white. She wears it short and bobbed.

Zuzu doesn't seem to really care much about anything but survival. Even that, she claims she only does out of a frayed sense of responsibility. She's the last of her race, and it doesn't seem there's any possibility for her species to continue. There's a small bit of honor in her that tells her that she needs to continue to live so her race doesn't disappear entirely. Though she believes if she does die it doesn't make much of a difference. While she's in this life she decided to do what she can for people. This seems to clash with her uncaring attitude but it's really an attempt to increase her longevity overall. She believes that the more people she helps, the more help she'll get. Plus she remembers the days she was hunted and doesn't want to give people a reason to do that again. Her life is more or less just moving around and trying to find something that can keep her in one place for longer than a day. She's driven solely by survival instinct and a deep need to have something to call her own. Though she doesn't seem to have the will power to accomplish this. A self-fulfilling prophecy of wanting something but not caring enough to take it.

Zuzu has been alive for many, many, years. Her history could span entire books. To keep it short. She was born at the tail end of her race's history. She grew up a life knowing that her people's days were numbered. She doesn't speak of her race, or what happened to them, but the truth is...

She belongs to a race called the Aragnos. A race that once were the protectors of the world. The rule-makers and enforcers. A mostly benevolent race, one bad apple was the start of their downfall. They began a genocide, wiping out several races with an army of fanatics, and showing the world the terrifying power even a small amount of Aragnos can wield. Thus the uprising began. The panicked races fell upon the Aragnos. Most did nothing to stop this, not wanting to kill even their killers. Though there was a sect that joined the traitor, and it wasn't until the Dragons entered the war that they were finally wiped out.

Zuzu went into hiding for many years. Eventually most races forgot about her kind, besides the Dragons. And she ventured into the world.

With great strength and endurance, Zuzu is a strong combatant without any power or weapons. However she carries a glaive with her that she has trained in, and has strong offensive magic, as well as a seemingly natural ability to create barriers that can protect her and that she can walk upon.

interesting idea.

Name: Unpronounceable in human tongue. Goes by "Q"

Gender: None
Age: 150
Race: Mimic

Q is a Mimic. A creature usually found in dungeons. A shapeshifter that can take any form, preferring that of a treasure chest to lure adventurers to eat. Not something you'd expect to have anything beyond simple intelligence and motivations. However this isn't true. They are a very intelligent species, they just don't care to do anything besides eat and procreate. If anyone happened to get a chance to talk with one you'd find this is because they realize how dangerous anything more can be, and that a simple life is the best chance to let their species survive.

Q is different. Q was always a bit of a curious lad, and he started taking to listening to adventures stories as opposed to eating them. He grew fascinated by them, and enchanted by their exploits and comradely. He wanted this for himself, but his people weren't the type to adventure. Therefore one day he ate a warrior of a group while they weren't looking and took on his form. He didn't realize this was wrong, but after a couple weeks he was found out and attacked. He fought back and killed them. He was sad about this, but couldn't quite comprehend the wrongness just then. It took him many years to start to understand the morality that most races followed, though it still confounded him. Nowadays he just travels, seemingly carefree.

Q still likes his tricks, but he has toned down the deadliness of them somewhat over the years. He is voraciously curious and eager for excitement and sometimes goes out of his way to make things exciting. Nonetheless he's developed and addiction to praise and so he tries to help others whenever he can, and has taken on ridiculously dangerous tasks for this purpose. He believes himself invincible, though not unbeatable, so he doesn't worry much about the risks. He can be a fun person to talk to, but he can be hard to understand at times. He's straight forward but also tends to run his thoughts and words together, making a bit of a mess.

Q can take many different forms but he favors his first human shape. A blonde young man of average height, with long wavy hair and dimples. Though he often wears a "mask" which is really just another shapeshift. They tend to vary but his favorite is a fox mask.

He has decent fighting skills, able to use many different weapons he forms himself. He hasn't mastered any, as he likes to try out many different types of weaponry. Cannot use ranged weapons at all.

I wonder if these people have forgotten about this yet, lol

gibe character plox

Name: Alexis

Gender: Female
Age: 24
Race: Human

A very simple woman. Alexis believes that one should follow the path one was given. She doesn't have amazing aspirations, except to be good at her job and raise a good family. You wouldn't think anything special when looking at Alexis, however she has a secret. She is constantly full of guilt, questioning if she should be allowed to live or not, always trying her hardest in even the smallest things such as fixing a leaky roof or getting a cat out of a tree. All to make up for one terrible action years ago. If you try to get to know Alexis you'll find a wall. She doesn't say much of substance, preferring to be vague when it comes to personal issues and preferences. She'll talk and talk about solid facts, the weather, and other such mundane stuff, but she keeps most everything else to herself. She's honest...or at least tries to be. She doesn't want to lie, but often deflects questions. She is sometimes a bit too uptight and rigid when following the laws.

Alexis killed a man when she was 18 years old. The man was a guard, who was a bit drunk and a bit to clingy. She got him angry and he took a swing at her, which she instinctively responded by stabbing him in the throat with a dagger. She doesn't know why that was her instinct and it scares her to this day. In any case, she fled the scene, and managed to hide from being caught, when the guards assumed a bandit attacked him in the night. She joined the guards because of guilt, but also because her parents had been guards so it just felt right to follow in their footsteps. She's lived a simple life as the only child of kind, if rough around the edges, parents. She never noticed any of their problems, since they hid their fighting from her, determined to show her a front of a happy, normal, family to live up to.

Alexis has decent sword skills, as well as being very good with a bow, for hunting, and trap-making, also for hunting.

Alexis has soft brown eyes, and wavy brown hair that she ties up in a bun. She usually wears simple clothing, with leather armor over the top of it.

I know this character is quite boring compared to others I've made, but, I feel there's a beauty in simple characters sometimes.

Slowly slowly slowly getting there.

DereResonating resonates onto the battlefield

Name: Reason
Gender: Inapplicable
Age: Unknown
Race: Moglun

Reason is of a race that seemingly came into being from no where. Suddenly in the middle of a city, they appeared. With no warning, no discernible method, just not there one moment, there the next. They took the form of a giant eye, three feet in length, and one and a half in height. Three feet of red tentacles emerge from its back, and though they lack a mouth, ears, or nose, they seem to experience the same senses as humans. Though only their sight is strong.

When it first appeared everyone panicked, and attacked it. Though it didn't seem to even realize what was going on, and nothing the people did caused it any harm. After a while they realized it wasn't reacting and was just floating there, staring at them, and they stopped. Once they finally did this, they talked to the creature, asked what it was, who it was, why it was, etc.

At first the only words they could say was "Well, yes." Which they repeated over and over, until they started finding out how the human language worked and was able to explain more.

They called themselves a Moglun, and the name that was given was something that those in the city couldn't pronounce. One asked "What reason do you have for coming here?"
"Reason? I don't have reason. I am, and that is all the reason I need. I am reason." And then they started calling the creature "Reason". Eventually things settled more, and Reason wasn't swarmed as usual, though every new traveler seemed baffled by their existence. They just stayed in the middle of the city, floating there, talking amicably to anyone who approached them.

Reason's personality is quite simple. Kind, curious, and friendly. Though they seem to be growing to have more facets to their personality, but as of now they are somewhat of a blank slate. Only the future can tell what path they will take.

Reason's only noticeable power is being unable to be harmed, in any way, and the ability to quickly adapt and learn, as evident by picking up an entire language in the matter of an hour. Though this doesn't seem to have any bearing on its actual intelligence.

Sure, let's do this.

Name: Kevin Kareem Keplen

Gender: Male

Age: 30

Race: Halfling

Kevin may be short, he may be getting old, for an adventurer, but he's tenacious. While not the most able or prolific of adventurers, Kevin makes up for it in consistently taking on challenges. He seems to be always around, even if he doesn't always get the job done. In a world where adventurers either start taking only big quests, or die off eventually, he's an anomaly. This seems to stem from the fact he has no desire for glory or fame or fortune, he just wants to do what he wants to do, and what he wants to do is whatever he feels like.

Unfortunately for the rest of the world, a lot of what Kevin wants to do is cause trouble. This is part of the reason he doesn't get the job done always. He sometimes will find it more worthwhile to mess with the one giving the job than to actually finish it. He's great at disguises so no one ever sees it coming, despite that his name has gotten some notoriety. Not many people can claim to really know what this man is like, and he likes it that way. He enjoys being more or less anonymous. It just makes him laugh how many people see him as an jabroni, though he does appreciate the people that call him friend.

Kevin was the 6th child of a farmer family, and as such was often the one being targeted by his older siblings pranks. That is, until he got old enough to know how to prank back, and that's when he became the undisputed prank king of his family. His siblings couldn't keep up, and at first was annoyed, then respected him, but as it went on they went right back to annoyed. His father got fed up with him and threw him out, which Kevin just took to mean he had reached a level of skill that went beyond his family. And so he set out to test his pranking skills.

Blonde, with shoulder-length hair, a goatee, and mossy green eyes, Kevin is actually quite good looking. Though he tends to cover this up in disguises more often than not so it can be rare to see what he actually looks like. Shorter than average, even for a Halfling, it's easy to completely miss Kevin in a crowd.

Kevin is skilled with the crossbow, and has taken upon himself to develop, or purchase when his limited skills at tinkering fail him, specialized bolts.

gimme gimme gimme gimme gimme

I mean you know exactly what I need to do here.

Name: Davina Ixa

Gender: Female

Age: Several hundred years old

Race: Vampire, formerly elf

Davina appears to be a young lady of impeccable beauty. Her pale skin is flawless, she had large, ruby eyes, and long blonde hair that nearly reaches her feet. She's not extremely tall, but she is statuesque. Her clothing usually consists of a white dress and large sunhat. Her ears are even longer than a typical elves. There is a scar right below her collarbone, from a stab wound, and she's extremely self-conscious about this imperfection.

Speaking on imperfection. Davina is obsessed with having things be as perfect and pleasing to the eye as possible, sometimes spending hours just trying to get the right angle. She gets enraged if anyone disturbs her during this, or if anyone messes it up afterwards. And she can always tell when something isn't how she set it up. Other than that she's usually a polite and seemingly perfect young lady, to the right people that is. Those of influence and power would only see her as a calm and composed girl, who strives only to work for the betterment of society. However when you catch them among those less important than herself, you'll see a different person. Lazy, rude, and easily frustrated. She doesn't deal well with incompetent people, and isn't very good at communicating when it's not in a business setting. This isn't to say she's a bad person, which may be surprising given her race, but she just doesn't seem to be able to understand the minds of the lower class. Davina is quite fond of pranks, and it wouldn't be too far off to call her a troll. She gets her amusement, and vents her frustration, by tricking others and generally clowning around. Though she is very careful to keep her superiors from seeing this.

Davina was an elven priestess, very young and promising, who was assaulted during a swift and brutal attack by vampire marauders. They had captured her after ransacking the temple, and decided to turn her into a vampire. They called it ironic justice for all the vampires slayed by warriors of the church. However this had dire consequences. Davina was a powerful mage before her transformation, and after it she gained physical prowess as well. She was easily able to destroy the vampires and escape.

Unfortunately she wasn't able to return to the church. The high priest took pity on her, but told her it would be sacrilegious to let her into a church, let alone as a priestess. At first this devastated the girl, and she drifted, trying to find meaning in life.

Then she stumbled upon a most unusual man. His name was Selvin, and he was a Vampire Lord. The man was different than any other vampire she had encountered. Regal, polite, and charming. She immediately pledged to serve him. He had plans to unite the vampires of the world, to make them a great nation, as opposed to savages.

And with Davina's help, he succeeded. She was given a place of power, and a portion of the kingdom they had carved out for themselves with diplomacy, riches, and unbeknownst to Davina, bribery, blackmail, and murder.

Davina was happy in her belief that they had truly made a civilized vampire nation, and to this day continues to serve as one of Selvin's trusted Vampire Lords. However, trouble has been cropping up in their nation. And rumors and hints of Selvin's true nature was being unveiled. It might not be long before Davina learns the truth, and has to decide if serving Selvin is the right thing to do anymore.

Beyond her increased physical attributes granted by her vampire nature, Davina has control over nature magic. She specializes in plant-based magic, controlling, multiplying, and even creating, various flora to do her bidding.

Lin is only a name that was given to this being by others. They take on the form of a leafy stag, which is twice the size of a normal deer. However they can appear as anything they want, even nothing. They have no "natural" form, but the stag is their preferred.

They've been around since the start of time, though not always in the same way. They existed forever, but they have changed over time. At the start they had no true meaning, beyond existing. They represented nature itself, but couldn't be considered an individual until many hundreds of years later.

That was when a great change occurred in nature. An entire species, eradicated, the food chain, shifted. Lin took a form for the first time in their life, and spoke their first words. "I am here." This sent a ripple throughout the world. Plants bloomed and animals suddenly evolved. Nature realized that the shift in the world's structure could easily lead to its destruction, and so Lin came to be to prevent that. They now exist as a demi-god of sorts to several races, seemingly a myth, but one that occasionally appears to give advice or ward off some danger.

It would be difficult to mark down a personality for Lin, as they seem to change occasionally. Especially depending on the location and situation. But they could be considered helpful, perhaps a bit nosy, and infinitely curious. Deep inside them is a desire for beauty and greater skill, and so they continue to travel, learn, adapt, discover a "true self". They do not anger easily, however, their anger is often destructive, to both themselves and the target of their anger. However they always attempt to right their wrongs, and start anew.

Lin has the great power of nature, and all it entails. However they are limited in that they cannot harm magical beings.

Lets see how this goes

Name: Kratt

Gender: None, masculine.

Age: 10 years since creation

Race: Android.

Kratt was created to be a police-bot. They have the typical look of such. An average looking male, with dark hair, a fit physique, and tall. The only difference is the numerical code number 470, and the fact that his left hand is missing.

As all police-bots, Kratt was hardworking and efficient. Always getting the job done and not questioning orders. However this changed when he witnessed one of the human police attacking an unarmed girl. Kratt's programming was conflicted. On one hand he was supposed to support the non-robot police members. On the other he had a moral code built in, which was allowed constant changes depending on society and what he observed of it.

In the end, Kratt decided to stop the officer, which ended in a fight that Kratt lost his hand and the officer lost his life.

Kratt was going to be scrapped, due to his handlers believing his programming failed. However the young girl came forward to tell her story, and they allowed Kratt to continue. However he was taken off police duty, and turned into a watch guard. He now spends his days watching over an old arcade.

This opened up new possibilities for Kratt, as the rigid police programming left little room for growth. Kratt was unsure how to deal with sudden emotions, and ended up mostly shutting them off to better go about his day. However this isn't to say he's emotionless. Especially when it comes to morality, Kratt is quite passionate. However he does have trouble distinguishing jokes from reality, and often gives moral lectures in the wrong place. Quick to apologize, Kratt is generally liked but doesn't stand out very much.

He very much enjoys his time speaking with people, though he doesn't seem to realize or show this at times. Especially the young girl he had saved from the officer, who had become a regular at the Arcade.

Kratt still struggles with understanding emotion, but he seems to be slowly updating and upgrading this aspect of himself.

Being an android, Kratt is more durable, strong, and has quicker reflexes, than the average human. However most of his weaponry was taken away once he lost his position as a police-bot. He still has a powerful stun baton built into his right arm, however.

He keeps his left hand broken. He says as a reminder, which seems strange as the memory is stored inside of his database. But he seems insistent that it not be fixed, and there never seemed reason to force the matter.

Finally the last one from 2015

Your characters are pretty neat what can you make from my post?

This one was kinda tricky so I'm just gonna wing it.

Name: Sona

Gender: Female

Age: 20

Race: Human

In many stories you hear about how the common soldier is far below the heroes. They get killed by the dozens, usually with ease. Well, Sona is determined to change that. As a child she was taught many stories of adventure and heroics from her grandfather, who raised her when her parents were killed in a freak accident. However she didn't take from them what he expected. She saw heroes as arrogant and looked up to too much. She was far more interested in the side characters, the ones without names, and so she ended up crafting stories about these unsung heroes. To the point she began idolizing the most unexpected people. Including the town blacksmith, who never wielded a sword himself in his life.

This led her to work towards becoming a soldier, and joining the city's militia. She even turned down an opportunity to join a band of traveling mercenaries. Because she figured it was too close to the path of becoming a hero.
She managed to get into the militia, and it was shown that she was far too skilled for the position. However she completely refused to do anything else and eventually her superiors stopped suggesting it. Only one person continues to try and get her to do more, and that's a surprisingly charming man who seems to have feelings for Sona, that wants her to travel with him. A man wearing an unusual coat.

Sona is a very headstrong girl. Extremely so. She sticks to her guns and doesn't back down no matter who or what is trying to stop her. She's also extremely modest, being uncomfortable with compliments and trying her hardest not to stick out. She wants to live a life of mediocrity, but she seems to keep finding herself in situations that make that difficult. This is because she's compelled to "do the right thing" and help those in need. Which leads to many experiences. Such as uncovering a demonic cult, meeting an ancient being from space, and finding a magical artifact of immense powers. However she always did her best to avoid getting too deep into things.

Quite outspoken, she doesn't hesitate to speak her mind, especially if it's an attempt to right a wrong or help someone feel better about themselves. She's strict on herself with following rules, and goes into a deep regret whenever she accidentally breaks any rule even slightly.

Sona seems like a typical soldier. Except that she's more skilled than any soldier of modern times. Her skills with the sword are nearly perfect, and she's stronger than average humans. Also seems to have some kind of talent for finding powerful beings.

Sona is 5 foot 8, and average weight. She has chestnut color hair, which she keeps in a pair of braids that reaches her chest, and wears simple grey clothing when not in her chain-mail armor. Her eyes are mossy green, and hooded.
