Beyone_of_Legend
[spoiler=Lore]Lore -2 Level 3 monstersOnce per turn, during either player's turn, you can detach one Xyz Material from this card to target one monster your opponent controls, that monster cannot attack while this card is face-up on the Field. If this card destroys a monster that cannot attack, you can attach that monster to this card as an Xyz Material.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
3 Level 3 monstersOnce per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; while this card is face-up on the field, that monster cannot attack. If this card destroys a monster that cannot attack: You can attach it to this card as an Xyz Material. ---At present, I don't think there are a lot of Rank 3 decks out there that want to make triple mat monsters, and not have to expend a lot of effort to make this. Locking the opponent from attacking is nice and all, but in the long run, Fiendish does this better. That, and the opponent can still use the targeted monster as Synchro/Fusion/Xyz Material, etc. Though, going back to Fiendish and stuff, this card has some applications with stuff that got locked with it, or some degree of lock effects up on your opponent's end. Concept is nice though, but problem is the Decks that want to spend the additional mat to make this. Most of the time, Rank 3s go for the usual 2-mat stuff. Card is nice though. (GigaDrillBreaker)
This could get away with being 2 materials and having the effect be spell speed 2, honestly.

Thank you, I realize the 3 mats was a bit overkill. I also made it "During Either Player's Turn"
