I like this. I really do. It's a generic Fairy Cheer Girl that sees good uses especially in decks like Fabled, Dark Worlds, and BA. Of course, the discard 2 might be a problem outside of those decks, but oh well, them's da breaks.

BA cannot use him except if you mean running things like Scarm in Dark Worlds.

Last time I checked, BAs usually don't run anything that isn't Level 3, so they can't use this.

Maybe they run a few Level 4s for certain things, but I don't see that as being an ideal play for them (making this).

[Not using the Wikia for this, because I doubt that the info there is accurate]

In any case, suppose it's a nice card for R4 Decks for getting certain things into the Graveyard to trigger, while granting you access to new cards that can help set up for whatever combos you need. That, or whatever Decks that want their stuff being discarded (not too sure on Dark Worlds being capable, but this would certainly trigger them).

If 'tellars didn't get killed with the November lists, I would probably say this could dump stuff for Altair to revive (and trigger off of) among other things later (on the turn after you activate its effect), or something like that. There's probably other stuff, but wouldn't work as well due to reliance on the ED for a few of them.

Extra Deck lock hurts a bit though, but I think most Decks can afford to wait a while (Pendulums might not care too much if they have their resources in-hand already).

Personally, I'm not fully convinced by this card's design. While it may appear fair in a vacuum where it is practically a +0 at the cost of the Xyz Summon of a Rank 4 Xyz Monster, it still adds considerable speed to the deck by drawing 2 cards while placing at least 4 cards in the graveyard (the detached and discarded cards) in the process. Then, add to the equation cards that have effects when discarded and/or sent to the graveyard and one can imagine the potential advantage this card can generate. The Special Summon lock effectively prevents the player from extending with some plays, but unfortunately there is at least 1 deck that doesn't care as much about having its Extra Deck locked, such as Dark Worlds.

I feel this card would be more bearable with a watered down effect of discarding 1 card, then draw 1. Granted, that would make it too similar to Number 10: Ilumiknight, but I believe they each would retain their niches so there shouldn't be any outclassing issues.
