Synchronized
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 Level 3 or lower WATER Aqua-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can send 1 Level 3 or lower WATER Aqua-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard and if you do, all monsters your opponent controls lose 500 ATK. You can only activate this effect of "Liquid Beast" once per turn. If this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of an Aqua-Type monster: You can draw 1 card. Face-up monsters your opponent controls lose 300 ATK and DEF for each Aqua-Type monster you control. If you control a Level 3 or lower Aqua-Type monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of an Aqua-Type monster: You can add 1 "Twin Long Rods" monster from your Deck to your hand. If you control a "Liquid Beast" or a "Twin Long Rods" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of an Aqua-Type monster: You can send 1 Level 3 or lower Aqua-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Gruesome Goo" once per turn. While you control another Aqua-Type monster, this card's Level becomes 3. Cannot be used as Synchro Material, except for the Summon of a WATER monster. If this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of an Aqua-Type monster: You can Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position. All WATER monsters you control gain 300 ATK and DEF. You can only Summon 1 "Water Spirit" per turn. --- So there's five here as like a mini-set. I've liked the idea of doing some re-trains for a while and I thought making it such that they work together with one another would be a cool idea. Specifically designed these guys to make sure they didn't work with Mermails/Atlanteans to give them any kind of unfair boost. I think they're pretty neat and well designed. Chaosix
You should probably make a level 4 synchro for them, then they might be viable.as the only monster they can summon is gungir.

That's not entirely true though. Trishula is another viable option. Also, Tatsunoko. There's plenty of WATER Synchro monsters, including Dewloren, which they can bring out when combo'd with other cards.

Toffee.
You know, I'm rather surprised that you didn't include a retrain of Change Slime. I mean, it and Gruesome Goo are counterparts. Would seem like a more complete set, really. Aside from that, these are cute- effect wise.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Does the concept of general WATER support cards ring a bell to you? Even Synchronized mentioned this earlier on; you should be using other cards to help you out; not running these on their lonesome. (Also note about the AC)
Sander
Even if these don't work together, they still are good, given on how they work with Frogs, especially Gruesome Goo and Roads 2.

I haven't posted here in a while so I tried to include a little something in the original post but I'm not 100% familiar with the most recent AC. My bad. I haven't posted here in a while so I tried to include a little something in the original post but I'm not 100% familiar with the most recent AC. My bad. No, you're fine. The remark about the Advanced Clause was directed at dark_magic_master, since he really only suggested that you make a Synchro and didn't give anything related to their design as a whole (which the AC requires). Blake
Regardless of anything else, Liquid Beast is an abomination. Foolish Burial effects have come to be near-enough the best effects in the game. So you... tacked it on a stratos and OPT...? It doesn't matter that the current cardpool lacks cards to abuse it to the fullest, it's still an unhealthy design moving forward. Lavalval Chain, Mathematician, Armageddon Knight, even OG Foolish just keep getting stronger. With the trends of the gamestate, not to mention that design should factor in what can easily happen in a card pool instead of seeking to limit it, this has far too much strength. Making it a niche doesn't make it fair or balanced. Nevermind that you made cards centered around abusing it, which is just a really poor design idea, considering it's not archetypal, which would still be dubious. Blake
If you tied them all together somehow, it would be better. Questionable, but better all the same. Just don't inelegantly name each of them or anything.
