When your opponent activates a Normal Spell or Trap Card: inflict 600 points of damage to your opponent. With "Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways.", I think this would warrant an effect of more potence. The slight burn damage and piercing damage wouldn't really hurt your opponent. And how it has to be Normal Spell/Trap cards too hurts this card. Do note that the burn isn't once per turn and I put it to normal so the burn build up doesn't make it to over powered with its 2800 ATK and piercing. The way is worded now it is so it chains directly to the card and being mandatory will not let you chain with any negation card (stardust, infinity and stuff like that).
