Well, Cardinal is unaffected by effects, and he gains bonus effects courtesy of Orihulk, who is currently the only Metalphosis NOT affected by this.

Why though.

Seems weirdly out of place.  It's the only card in the Metalphosis lineup that doesn't have a way to gain advantage from the grave.

 

It's a prime Pop target as well, so I don't understand why that wasn't considered.  As of now it's a 1 of at best tbh, though it does force your opponent to essentially deal with a 3300 towers.

It's actually decent considering most Fusions are vanilla anyway, gives them a fair boost, and protects your main fodder from being killed by anything. In the end, it's good bait and gives the opponent an obstacle to bypass before going for the Fusions. 

 

Now I just want to make DARK Metalphosis, and make the Fusions all towers with a Key Beetle protecting this...

I mean, unaffected is pretty good, gives more of a reason to go into the Vanillas, but you gotta use Terraforming to get it, and the 300 boost isn't all that great. I can't tell if it's worth it for that effect or not.
