• Flip DNA Surgery and declare Divine-Beast
• Play Astral Force and Rank-Up into this. 

About as easy as it probably gets.

Well, I misread the Summoning Conditions, so it is basically impossibly to Summon that way. Nevermind then, but the Summoning Horathky is doable as this card ignores conditions.

You could probably still summon this, assuming you pull some anime-esque sheet out and do it.

The only thing I think that is broken about this is that it's name won't fit on a card.
