Jackson Tricks
Gravitational Tomb (or Gravity Grave) Trap/Continuous Effect: Only activate this card if you control only a level/rank 3 or lower monster(s). Level/Rank 4 and above effect monsters cannot attack, also their effects are negated. If you control a level/rank 4 and above effect monster, destroy this card. I'm trying to give weaker monsters a better chance. I know this is a Gravity Bind and Grave of the Super Ancient Organism combo with a slight twist, but this is the idea. Let me know what you think, and please give constructive criticism as well as suggestions to make the effect a little better if it's too powerful. Thank you, and have a nice day ^u^. Edit: Added effect restrictions to level the power.
ChampionZero
With your current wording, it can technically block low-level Gemini monsters because it's based on whether they have an effect. Maybe change that to "Level 4 and above Effect Monsters" instead, so that you can still use low-level Geminis? Off-Topic: Awesome Summon Chant you got there. If not I'll gladly change it, because my mind is a little foggy about card typing. Edit: You know, I'm just going to change it now. But the effect monsters part will include Fusion, Synchro, and Effect Pendulum monster effects.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Considering that a lot of Decks can/will Xyz Summon, this card will see less play than you might think it does. Although with that in mind, it will stop a lot of on-summon effect things (majority of which are Level 4), so you have that. If this were made pre-ZEXAL, this would've been pretty hard to deal with barring S/T removal. As it stands now, it's fine for locking off a lot of combo decks that see play nowadays, despite Xyz being a thing and bypassing that. With regard to the last user's post, Geminis can benefit from this card's protection until they actually get their effects triggered, then this card screws them over (there are only 3 Geminis that can escape this card; Dawnbreak Gardna, Gemini Soldier and Magical Reflect Slime; none of which are really good right now). Snatch Steal
Okay, the preventing them from attacking is pretty mediocre, but negating their effects is ridiculous. Remember why Skill Drain got limited? Qliphort ate that sheet like candy. It doesn't fully hurt Blue-Eyes, either, which is cancer, and it demolishes Monarchs. There's TwiTwi, but that's not an excuse to just make this card. Sliprider nor Erebus can check this, so easy outs are obsolete. Considering that a lot of Decks can/will Xyz Summon, this card will see less play than you might think it does. Right now, one Deck Xyz Summons as its main shtick, that being PKBA. That deck is entirely unaffected by this card, since they're under the level even when they're summoned. It actually might even be better if they were a higher level, so that they wouldn't die to Beatrice, but even so, this puts Monarch, a Deck that can knock out a good deal of their resources, to what one might consider a halt, forces Kozmo ships to come in neutered, makes Qli guys come in with full ATK, is fine with Eyes of Blue monsters and doesn't touch Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and has no requirements for activation. Saying that this wouldn't see play is like saying Mask of Restrict won't see play. Don't say Dracopals, because the Deck really isn't competitive right now. Jackson Tricks
I thank you for your concerns Sakura and Snatch. To be quite honest, I came up with this idea to strengthen some old decks. Most of the cards that are coming out and already out are high leveled monstrosities, this idea is meant to nerf them. But, I have to concur with Sakura, the threat of XYZ still exists. I'll change the effect again, this time including ranks and see where that takes it.

The Nyx Avatar
I'd think this card would need a hefty cost for activation; as mentioned above, it can impede a lot, and give strength to Decks that shouldn't have it. Or you could just remove the non-attacking part of the effect. But I think the former in the long run, as floodgate is sensitive territory in card making. Also: A little non-sequitur, but maybe you'd like to use this for your avatar:
