Mutant Monster RAEG-HAPYP
http://www.cnn.com/2016/06/07/foodanddrink/north-korea-bangkok-restaurants/index.html There's probably something more to this, as the article mentions accusations of money laundering and stuff, but, what do you think? vla1ne
the article itself seems eerie. the tone of the restaurant described feels like something out of 1984, and the attitudes presented by the waitresses are like a less happy version of the stepford wives. money laundering or no, i would definitely not like to go there. the food sounds wonderful though. Susie
Food sounds interesting and I am always open to trying out new foods from different cultures but yeah the tone and eeriness of the restaurant would be quite overbearing id imagine and definitely would make me wanna stand my distance from the restaurant. Shame since id love to try North Korean made scallops.
♪ ♪Aria ♪ ♪
It is quite strange to see a vendor from an isolated country open up somewhere overseas, it would be considered "against" the dictator.. The restaurant offers a chance to discover the hidden delights of North Korea, but the overall atmosphere seems quite disturbing, considering people cannot take photos of any of the menu, what's their true motive? I would consider avoiding the restaurant for safety

Flash Flyer - Sakura
As much as I'd like to try the food over there (not that I haven't eaten Korean food before), I'd avoid it entirely given that it's going to be a very similar experience to what happens if one ever visited North Korea itself. That, and the customer service may not be good, especially if they want you to use the menu and you have other things. Another thing; I really don't want to be eating food soaked in excessive oil, which this restaurant apparently does. Can only wonder if the other restaurant is as strict with the picture taking or whatever. Seems to have a better atmosphere though.
