I really love this card. I'm pretty sure it's the first Pendulum able to reliably switch between a low scale and high scale. While it doesn't do much more than that, it's an interesting idea and It would be cool to see more cards with that kind of thing. Over all, it's a good card, simultaneously being a very low and a very high scale. Nothing too gamebreaking, but it's nice to have a reliable low/high scale in a way similar to Wisdom-Eye. While the Monster Effect doesn't have a strict "once per turn" effect, I think it's fair, considering non-Pendulum don't make up the bulk of Performapal Decks.
