Bahrstos Fuhrer, the True Dracoruler

Recommended Posts

This thing's float is miles better than his counterpart's and that seems odd to me.

It's better to think of this as they're own deck, where it's most optimal to use other Wyrm Rulers as fodder for the summon. With this in mind the Fire Wyrm Ruler is able to add back one of the Wyrm Rulers used for the summon effectively turning a -2 into a -1.

Given how the WIND and EARTH Wyrms can be designe in the future it looks pretty scary

but at the very least, this time it'll be confined to it's own deck if things get out of hand.

Actually not true

Main thing to keep in mind is that these cards can mainly be useful to turn hand advantage that can't be used (ie no spare Normal Summons, not useful in hand) into grave advantage, and that you don't have to use random Wyrms for the floating effs because you can just use another Wyrm Ruler for them, which would help enable any Wyrm Rulers drawn

Floaticastle interaction above is actually quite interesting example because it shows a way to use arbitrary Synchro deck with them

true, but the sheer synergy won't be as high as dragon rulers.these guys don't plus on their own from your plays unless you follow the instructions to the letter, in addition they don't revive themselves from grave like the dragon rulers , meaning  playing infernity style from the grave is not possible. kozmo/dracorulers might become a terrifying thing though. pop two ships to summon, drop two lower level ships/pilots, i can see people making room for dark planet and eclipser just to test it out.

The main problem with Cloudcastle into a Rank 9 is that the only good Rank 9 is Enterblathnir, and at that point you may as well have Synchro Summoned Trishula rather than Cloudcastle.

This makes 0 sense as this does not take into account scenarios where you'd summon Cloudcastle with two materials at all (Illumi'raj + Pairfish), and even then how is summoning Trishula in its stead unfavorable anyway (I'm aware that you are trying to say that summoning Cloudcastle is comparatively worse than Trish but this is just a matter of having 2 solid options in the deck to choose from).

Wyrms have access to an easily tutorable Night Dragolich as a notable feature due its powerful floodgate effect when going 1st or second (through chainbuilding will be guaranteed to get past any form of negation) and its not completely out of the realm of possibility that this deck will be able to back up Night Dragolich with a board.

I'm actually surprised how these cards could singlehandedly tie in all this mish-mashed Wyrm support we've been getting (Magma Dragon is less solid, Oarfish is fantastic) and at the very least its making me pay close attention too Wyrm memes in the future. The damage output so far looks high.

Yeah you're right. I forgot about the 2 mat vs 3 mat thing (too much playing Speedroids where you have to use 3 mat either way). However my argument still stands unless you're making Cloudcastle with 2 mats and that that is more efficient (which it almost always would be, but not necessarily always).

Yeah, guys, does anybody remember any WATER Deck that could take advantage of the new guy?

You could make an argument for Crystrons, as getting the non-tuners in the graveyard means you can activate their effects. Frogs also don't care about the cost and appreciate the body. I suppose Dinomist can use it without any worries. Maybe Graydle? ... The Nimble Archetype? Maybe Super Quants, just to get Blue to the grave more?
