-Must be Unused and Unamed Characters that were Used as Fillers.
-Must be Random and No Known Reason as to why they were a Filler(The Wikia is not Allowed in this).
-A Picture of the Character must be Present, as well as their Filler Show&Season AND/OR Manga, Episode(s) AND/OR Chapter(s) Names, and Episode/Chapter Numbers.
-Character must be Unique Looking.
-Use Some Form of Picture-Capture Tool for the Image.
