goodfusion
Once per turn: You can send 1 "Ninja" monster from your hand to the Graveyard; Set 1 "Ninjitsu Art" Spell/Trap Card directly from your Deck, except "Ninjitsu Art Notebook" This is very interesting... I don't play Ninjas so I have no idea how useful it'll be, but it looks quite good. Although needing to discard a Ninja looks a bit annoying. 玄魔の王
If Ninjas had a Call of the Haunted, I'd love it. As-is, Hanzo is the better choice 9/10.
Tinkerer
What gets me is the fact this is another continuous card when the continuous traps are already pretty cloggy. It would've been much better as a field spell or maybe a pendulum effect. Ignoring would haves though, this card is a pseudo-Ninja Allure of Darkness since it can set that draw 2 spell. It can also tutor out Hanzo off any level 4+ ninja using Duplication at a +0 (essentially giving you up to 10 ways to get Hanzo by turn 2). It's got potential, but there needs to be at least 1 more key ninja monster for this deck to really come together imo.

Bringerofcake
Remember duplication is also a thing, and you can summon another copy of the same ninja with it. I think it's honestly not too bad of a card, since it lets you Hanno without hanzo
Toffee.
Honestly, regarding Art of Alchemy, the fact This card is a Continuous Spell that instantly makes Alchemy live is pretty incredible in and of itself.

I'm already lucky if I open Hanzo, I don't need 1 more card that's dead if I don't have him.

Personally, I don't think opening Hanzo should be much of an issue. However, as you said, ninjas don't have a ton of go-to monsters. Having enough ninjas in deck to make Hanzo worthwhile to spam is an issue.
