This Activist’s Artwork Speaks Volumes About Present-Day Society [Must See]

Chances are, you’ve seen Pawel Kuczynski’s works before. And if you haven’t, it’s time to get caught up. The Polish illustrator’s unique artwork cleverly portrays today’s social, political and cultural reality and, for understandable reasons, has made rounds on the internet more than once.

The colorful creations seem almost funny at first glance, but upon further inspection, convey what might be considered to be uncomfortable truths.

Born in 1976, Pawel is a graduate of Fine Arts Academy in Poznan. Only in 2004 did the artist begin drawing satirical illustrations. So far, however, he has been “rewarded with 92 prizes and distinctions“ according to Bored Panda.

He's beating a dead horse, and pandering only to people who seek out the "bad" in society. We've seen all this before, and honestly, in better ways, and I find it funny how he has to, of course, consider every Pokemon Go player a slave to the game.

 

Like, he's just trying to take money from grumpy old people who miss their horse and carriage. It's not like we need to raise awareness that the world "sucks" when you look at it like it sucks.
