Pendulum Effect:During your Main Phase: You can destroy this card; gain 300 Life Points for each Spell/Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field.

Monster Effect:When this card is Normal Summoned: You can pay 1000 Life Points; shuffle 1 monster your opponent controls into the Deck. When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 card in 1 of your occupied Spell & Trap Card Zones; switch control of it with 1 card in 1 of your opponent's occupied Spell & Trap Card Zones (you choose)

How many monsters? I'm assuming just 1 but it's hard to tell. Can you fix that?

Review: I think the card is a bit OP. LP gain on the pend effect isn't too bad, but switching any 1 S/T with any one opponent's S/T is a bit OP for me. The scale is 5 which makes it hard to PS her with another copy (unless you use something like Pendulum Shift). Overall, nice card, but if I was designing the card I would put something like a once per turn cause on the 2nd monster effect.

Thank you for that.

Cleared up the first effect (as well as added a cost).

It's honestly fine as it is with the current restrictions. Being able to shuffle away any of an opponent's monster with non-targeting removal is a little too strong, but considering it has to be Tribute Summoned balances it out nicely. The second effect seems strong in nature, but in practice it's only as strong as the cards your opponent sets, and the last time I've seen someone set Raigeki......um, I don't think anybody does that with Twin Twisters running around. In addition, taking away any powerful backrow like Bottomless Trap Hole/Solemn Strike won't happen because chances are they'll activate it in response to this anyways. So, the actual value you get out of whatever card you take from your opponent will usually be some engine card that is most likely not important to their gameplan.
