Ryusei the Morning Star
Normal Trap Card(1) Target 1 “Majespecter” card in your Pendulum Zone; Special Summon it. As the artwork might imply, Summoning Kirin in specters got a little easier now. Since you can Coon, use Kirin as a scale, and have a non-target compuls on demand on your opponent's next turn instead of having to wait till your turn to tribute summon Kirin Still think the card is eh, but I'm not a specter player Seems like MST or an of it's clones would wreak this
Sluggaholic
If it were a Spell, I feel, it'd be too stronk in the Deck, even if Majespecters aren't super meta. Though, as a trap, yeah: it's pretty underwhelming. At least Kirin has inherent protection effects, on it, and in Majes', it's not too hard to grab. Still, then again, you ARE losing a scale. And duh, of course this loses to MST. You chain MST to this (though it's more likely to be the other way around) and bam: there goes a pair of your cards, down the drain. At least the art's cute, though.
The Nyx Avatar
Personally, I would have preferred it to allow you to Special Summon a Majespecter monster from not only your Pendulum Zone, but your Graveyard too (as they sometimes end up there); but that's just me. And I'd prefer it if this card was a Spell Card, too. As it is now, it's little slower and vulnerable. If you were to use it in your Deck, you'd likely see the most use out of it if you managed to Set it on Turn 1.
Ryusei the Morning Star
They're not supposed to end up in your grave, if they do, you funked up and walked into a solemn or xyz'D You don't get rewarded for playing dumb
Atypical-Abbie
Well, I suppose that one good thing it does is allow to search on the opponent's turn, but I don't see why you would want to change the scale too much. Kirin is easier to Summon this way though, so that's nice.

If you're setting up their Scales and your opponent negates their activation and destroys them, they are sent to the Graveyard.

~Faytl~
Yet another crap Majespecters card for an archetype everyone is tired of and I can't bribe enough people to get good Dinomist support. Making Kirin more accessible is NOT something I appreciate, I might add.
Toffee.
This still doesn't really help Specters, but it's a nice addition. .... Would have been better as a Quick-Play, really.
BlackBeartic
This archetype should honestly die already. It's had its time and honestly the whole concept behind this deck is really dumb when you look at it. (A bunch of semi indestructible monsters that literally live to fill up the backrow with cockblocks is not what I call good design) On topic of this card, it's whatever. As someone posted above this card goes kaput if someone chains mst to this and kills the scale. Does allow easier Kirin access at least.Probably a 1 or 0 of. Idk, I didn't play this deck enough to know.
