So an Odd-Eyes Fusion that is not an Eyes monster and might not even require Odd-Eyes, sounds decent, especially considering its 2 effects are rather solid in adding much pressure.

Fugolem is basicly a better trump girl for performapals, considering it has an actual pendulum effect, an amazing scale (rather than the worst possible scale), the same fusion effect (and rune-eyes is not even worth mentioning) and a much better level (not forcing scale 1 to get it back), not to mention once one runs out of starve venom and/or vortex one can xyz using it and potentially the monster it gets fused with.

Amazing cards, especially for anime standards.

Fugolem is nice Fusion Support while Gattling Ghoul looks like its materials might be (1 "Performapal" monster + 1 DARK Monster) looking at how Odd-Eyes was used to make it. In addition Ghoul looks like its quite the heavy hitter with how it burns for 200 x the number of cards on the field, then, by effect destroys a monster to then burn again equal to its ATK where finally it gets on to its attack while having 2900 ATK.

Yeh, I'm thinking that getting a pal for every type might be possible now

I'm wondering if that was a mistake on the end of the writer. It doesn't say anything in the text about specifically sending them to the grave (I don't think they would even if it said that and they were on the field.).
