Bewitching Bookmark

[Normal Spell]

Place this card on top of your opponent's Deck, face-up. If you draw this face-up card during your Draw Phase: keep it revealed while it is in your hand, also, this turn your Main Deck is unaffected by card effects. You can only activate 1 "Bewitching Bookmark" per turn.

Probably will need to consult evilfusion if this sort of effect is possible (well, making your Main Deck immune to card effects; think this kind of thing can work, but unsure).

That aside, suppose this can stop the opponent from searching a bit or shuffling dead hands/cards via whatever effect. Former applies to pretty much every relevant Deck nowadays and latter is probably good against Pot of Avidity (I cbb to remember its TCG name if it got leaked yet) and a bunch of other stuff that shuffles cards into the Deck. Oh right, and stopping stuff like Reasoning or other Deck millers for setting up Graveyard plays (no Foolish Burial today), so that's probably nice.

I suppose if you really wanted to be mean, play this on turn 1 and lock the opponent with their starting hand. Might backfire against you in certain Decks though (stuff that doesn't mind not searching or modifying their Main Deck, but not sure if there are any relevant ones).

I'm taking it the effects that this prevents is:
-Searching/Drawing (Thinning your Deck)
-Shuffling (yes pure shuffle)

-Excavating/revealing/rearranging/guessing effects

-Returning stuff to your Deck (Pot of Avarice, or Transmigration Prophesy)

-Milling

^Probably...

This is a first time for the game to get something like that, so it'll need to get some rulings on which of these are not applying and what happens exactly with some of the cards that do.

I'm gonna guess Pot of Avarice is not possible to activate under this, and if this somehow could be bestowed in response in some weird way(I know it's not a quick effect but if this concept for the effect was possible to do, however convoluted the method might be), the Pot of Avarice wouldn't be able to resolve.

It's a nice bonus that your opponent isn't getting a real Draw Phase draw in there.

The effect lasts the whole turn but the card seems like it'll remain revealed regardless, so unless they get to discard it for a Twin Twister, it'll just be a problem for them looking at how it can't help baiting anything.

Rather than making "the deck unaffected by cards effects", which I believe cannot be a thing in YGO, you should be using a wording similar to Necrovalley's graveyard lock effect:

Cards in your Deck cannot be moved to a different place.

Now, 2 things that don't look right to me in this card:

1. By forcing itself on the opponent's topdeck, it is akin to making him/her skip the next draw phase, and thus is similar to Time Seal, a currently banned card, but in Normal Spell form activable in advance. So yeah, it isn't exactly cool how it mimics a banned card.

2. But, as much as you can use it against the opponent, the opponent gets to use it against you, and you both can keep the exchange game. This makes the card silly and undesirable. I mean, because of the latter, I doubt many would feel like running it, unless their decks can handle the backfire.

So yeah, if you can take care of those things. it may become a nice variant of Deck Lockdown.
