All "HERO" monsters you control gain ATK equal to their own Level x 200. A "HERO" Fusion Monster that was Fusion Summoned using this card as Fusion Material, it cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponent's card effects. ATK/1000 DEF/1200 Basically a dual attribute Elemental HERO which not only supports by boosting all the ATK of all "HERO" monsters by a good portion but also gives "HERO" Fusions some protection if used as a Fusion Material. I'm kind of experimenting with the last effect since there isn't an official card with that exact effect on Fusion (but on Synchros), but it should work just as well, giving the Fusion monster a built-in protection rather than making Sky Star start a chain to give it the effect. This way the effect should also apply when Fusion summoning though Miracle Fusion. At first I thought you maybe intended the effect to apply on Masked HEROes, which wouldn't work with the way you wrote the effect, since Masked HEROes aren't Fusion Summoned, but Special Summoned (by Mask Change). But, I then realized that if it did, then Kamikaze could become into one of the toughest monsters around, difficult to remove and backed up with an annoying floodgate-ish effect, plus the card drawing effect for the pluses.So, the card is solid, IMO. The boost can be handy, makes Koga & Kamikaze more accessible, plus it encourages the use of the non-Masked HERO Fusion monsters. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted January 1, 2017 Report Share Posted January 1, 2017 Supposedly it is dual-Attribute to make those cards easier to make outside Form Change (and/or running something like Neos Alius to make Koga and Avian [of all things] for Kamikaze in TCG). Kamikaze is good, but as we've said before, Avian sucks and OCG is laughing at us while they can use Stratos. (Also forgetting Blast though, but yeah) The second effect is nice for promoting the older HERO variants, with consideration that the Masked HERO ones (ft. Shadow Mist/Dark Law) are the ones most commonly seen [if not the only ones]. Heck, it gives Great Tornado a safety net to fall back on after he gets summoned; idk if The Shining is good right now, but if you wanted to make him w/out having to use Neos or something (only other LIGHT main deck HERO worth mentioning nowadays is Voltic), well, you have another option. HEROs probably don't need the power bonus, least from my experiences with their recent builds, but it's useful when needed. Agreed that keeping the protection for the Fusion Summoned stuff is for the best, even though that's limited to the Omni-HEROs plus Core and both of the V-HERO Fusions right now. As Darj worded it, should be fine. ==Granted, HEROs already have a lot of support (well, at least the common versions), but it least gives you the option to play traditional HEROs better if you want to go this route. Thomas★Zero Posted January 1, 2017 Author Report Share Posted January 1, 2017 To be honest the power bonus on it was inspired by Al-Lumi'raj where instead of reducing opponents monsters ATK (a.k.a Non-"HERO") I made it boost "HERO" monsters ATK where this along side a "HERO" Fusion you control can give you a bit of leverage against some big monsters as a additional bonus alongside Honesty Neos (plus boosting your own monsters ATK can get around high ATK monsters your opponent controls that are immune to your card effects), besides by itself it only becomes a 1800 beat stick.
