Ryusei the Morning Star
Seison Kyoukai / Survival LineTrap Normal(1) Destroy as many Normal Monsters on the field as possible, and if you do, Special Summon the same number of Level 4 or lower Dinosaur-Type monsters from your Deck to your field, but destroy them during the (End) Phase.(2) You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Dinosaur-Type monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy them. Darj
My first thought is that it tries to give Dinosaurs a favorable match-up vs. Metalfoes xDIt's funny how you can resort to summoning the bay Dinosaurs to play around the End Phase destruction if you are playing it during the opponent's turn; although the opponent can get the chance of destroying Babycerasaurus by battle.Graveyard effect should come in handy by turning any Dino into a spell-speed-2 1-for-1. I guess you could tech Foolish Burial of Belongings to get this in the grave sooner.
Kaiji
Cue Speedroid foaming at the mouth because his meme deck also gets hit by this card. Doubt this card is good but has some fun applications like SCAPEGOAT and SUPER HIPPO CARNIVAL
Atypical-Abbie
With the Field, this card becomes amazing when you consider the easy combos you can pull out by doing this and then the Graveyard effect on top of that.
Tinkerer
Yah, having no "you can't use this the turn it hits grave" clause makes this so much better. Even popping 1 lets you summon a baby which you could then pop along with an opponent's monster during the same turn. Hurts Metalfoe and hilariously destroys Paleozoic (I never found out, is their summon from grave effect compulsory or not?)
Resident Fascist
Yeah this is basically the best card revealed for the deck right now. Grab a Babysaur, pop it with the second effect, search for Oviraptor, then search Ultimate Conductor. During your next turn you can easily set up for UTT or comboing out with Lost World and Oviraptor. Right now I'm looking at an engine with Super Ancient Dinobeast, a bunch of revival effects including Oviraptor, Call of the Haunted, Ninjitsu Super Art, Fossil Excavation and similar to draw a crap load of cards while building a decent board. Of course the engine is still a bit clunky, whether to abuse Lost World with something like Sabersaurus is something I've also considered, a bit like a Neo-Dino Rabbit build. Once all the cards are on ygopro I'll probably start testing. I'm somewhat hoping they print another 1900 vanilla Dinosaur, or a 2k so we don't have to consider Kabazauls. Progenitor
The Dino-Rabbit synergy is real

notcleverusername
I can just side Conquering/Celestial Whirlpool against this deckNo, you should use it in Paleozoics insteadSummon Kabazauls and/or that level 2 Normal DinosaurAnd/or dump it with Marella for spot removal using your Dinos
Brinolovania
Just saw someone on Reddit point out that you can Scapegoat in your opponent's EP, then flip this next turn to make Laggia and Dolkka. Probably not good, but it IS pretty memey.
