Destiny HERO Diamond Dude most powerful targets?

Ignoring how situational a card is to activate normally, what are the most powerful effects diamond dude can copy?

 

Also, are there more viable options for this then just field nukes?

 

Note: RUM the 7th one can't be copied anymore according to YGO pro's script of it. Actually the text "You can only apply the effect of..." now counts copying it

Des Croaking/Ojama Delta Hurricane/Short Circuit/etc. (opponent field nukes)

Ties of the Brethren (if you're turboing Diamond Dude, I assume you're probably running Shadow Mist and V-HERO Vyon)

Soul Charge (though the "cost" is still paid)

Shuffle Reborn (essentially becomes Norden, but with the added bonus of having a Grave effect)

Interrupted Kaiju Slumber
