When this card is Link Summoned, you can Target 1 Spell/Trap card on the field, destroy it. You can only use this effect of "Horus the Cyber Flame Dragon" once per turn. this card is unaffected by spell cards. Monsters Linked to this card are unaffected by spell cards. All "LV" monsters Linked to this card gain 500 ATK and are unaffected by card effects. You can tribute 2 monsters Linked to this card, Special Summon 1 "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV 6" from your hand or deck. You can only use this effect of "Horus the Cyber Flame Dragon" once per duel.

As much as I want to say that we don't have a generic Link-2 monster yet and this covers the roles, I do have to mention that it is rather on the high side for something easily summonable. (You don't need the "or more" bit, because you basically need 2 monsters anyway and this is a Link 2; you can't summon it with more than that. If it were 1 or more, then yeah).

 

You do realize this more/less has the same ATK as Decode Talker, which is a Link 3, right? I would say to lower its ATK down to 2000 or something to somewhat compensate for its easier requirements, but then it'd break the trend Metaphys set. Or you can make this a Link 3 itself.

 

On-summon MST is fine, as is its "limited" Spell immunity and granting Linked Monsters its original protection. To be fair, you can scrap the "once per duel" thing on its last effect; Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 isn't exactly threatening right now and not many Decks can really go into it. If we were talking about LV8 and ignoring requirements, then yeah, you'd probably need it. At least the Link Markers are in a good place; albeit rather convenient considering everything else.

IDK, I agree with Sakura's post, but I wanna add that the cost for bringing out Horus LV6 is rather hefty IMO.

LVs aren't exactly known for being very prolific swarmers and LV6 has easier ways to be brought out. Even back then 2 Tributes is what you had for the Sacred Phoenix of Nephtys like 11 years ago. I think personally you could get away with a single Tribute. Or maybe instead have it Tribute JUST itself to bring out Horus LV6 with extra ATK. Something small like +500.

 

Though the "Once per Duel" clause is definitely overkill IMO.

IMO this does too much. Really, I can count 5 effects there, on top of having such generic summoning requirements, an above-average ATK for a Link2 monster (see Honeybot and Missus, both with 1900, Missus after including its own effect), and both markers conveniently on the bottom side for maximum Zone-linking capabilities from the Extra Monster Zone.

 

I suggest to water down this card to 3 of the 5 effects, lowering the ATK to up to 2000, and maybe non-generic materials.
