If this card is Pendulum Summoned: Roll a six-sided die and  all "Performapal" monsters you control gain ATK equal to 200x the result.

The Pendulum effect should be fine; yeah, it's Monkeyboard to some degree, but you have a much lower chance of getting what you want. I'd have to ask Black on how PPals are performing right now with only Joker as their searcher (on NS). I don't really see the PS effect going off too much; though I suppose you can trigger this off Sorcerer if you want to go overkill on ATK power (but again, it's reliant on chance). 

 

For casual plays (or if you want to be anime Yuya), I suppose this could do something, but yeah, only thing this has is a repeatable search effect that relies on you being lucky with rolls (unless you use loaded dice, but then that's cheating).

Bummer, wish it had a scale or 3 or less so it could be best friends with Drago Remora to make Toadally Bahamut plays.

Other than that, it looks alright. The Pendulum can potentially be a search every turn, but good luck with the dice rolls; even if you try to make the best out of it by running Pals of different Levels, you may compromise deck consistency by doing so; not to mention you won't get the Pal you need or want every time. Still, with different Levels you could very well get 2 searches before it starts "misfiring". IDK Performapal decks, but I guess good targets of different Levels could be:

1. Guitartle, Odd-Eyes Unicorn (along Sky Iris)

2. Trampolynx?

3. Lizardraw

4. Skullcrobat, Pendulum Wizard, copies of this

5. Partnaga

6. King Bear, Le-Bellman?

I think even Monkeyboard could come off the list post Link rules so this being a lower consistency version of it makes it pretty much OK.

On the plus side it is searchable via King of Feral Imps and is Toadally a target for you know who.

 

Depending on the build you'd probably have to tech in a copy of an unfavorable Leveled P Pal Pendulum to make this card live more often, and even then it has to work with your deck past this card's combo and even then it only grabs from the Deck.

 

IMO, it'd be really sweet if the die in one of the effects recovered you a P Pal of that Level/Scale from the Extra Deck to hand.

Pendulum Summon would be thankful for something like that, though as said above.... Black is the P Pal expert of the site..... I don't really know how they play post PePe era.
