Trying to make a draw spell thats +0 and does not promote alt wins

Draw 2 cards, then discard 1 card. Also, you cannot win the current duel with a card effect and your opponent cannot lose the current duel from a card effect. After this card was activated and sent to the graveyard, your opponent can banish it from the graveyard to activate 1 of these effects. *If a card or effect is activated that would inflict 2000 or more damage to them: the damage inflicted to them becomes 100. * If they've taken damage 3 or more times this turn: it becomes the End Phase (This is a quick effect).

 

I may use some of these restrictions in archetypes later but I wanted to make sure I covered all the reasons why +0 drawing is bad for the game when there's too much of it around to use.

"You cannot win the current duel with a card effect" stops:

Exodia

 

"If a card or effect is activated that would inflict 2000 or more damage to them: the damage inflicted to them becomes 100." stops:

Magical Explosion

 

I chose to reduce the damage to 100 rather then negate it entirely so it still towards the end turn effect.

 

"If they've taken damage 3 or more times this turn: it becomes the End Phase (This is a quick effect)."

 

Almost any burn loop such as chain material + gustav max or quillbolt + imperial ironwall + mass driver.

 

If yugioh has a deck destruction [mill] loop, I'll add something for that too.

 

Even if this card doesn't turn out well, I do want to make sure I covered all the bases for solitare style alt wins so I can re-use the limitations later in an archtype or something.
