Ambuscade Trap Hole
[Normal Trap]

When your opponent Summons a monster(s): Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or GY, then your opponents Summoned monster(s) loses ATK equal to the original ATK of your Summoned monster.

For obvious reasons, you know that this is triggerable via Rafflesia and the rest of the Traptrix, so...

But yeah, I do have some concerns about this giving you a free high power monster out of nowhere, then making the opponent that much weaker (though it does help to recur ED stuff from the GY due to the new rules). Changing it to half goes two ways; summon small monster and the drop isn't too noticeable, whereas larger monsters still drop enough to the point opponent's board is weak.

Thematically, it does go against the grain of having monsters get removed from the field, though Adhesion Trap Hole does exist [need to check if that actually is supported via Traptrix; think it is because Normal Trap]. Other than that, card is fine.

Cool, another Traptrix toy. I think the Special Summoning part of the effect is already plenty good. Whether you've got a beatstick or boss in your hand or reviving one. Sure, with Traptrix it wouldn't really be as effective. The Deck with Hand, Artifact, and Traptrix cards however...

You could Summon Scythe to stun your opponent's Extra Deck plays or Moralltach for removal.

Overall, a pretty good "Hole" Normal Trap Card. Even if the ATK decrease is a bit questionable.

I like it. Balancing it similarly to Bottomless, Torrential Tribute, or Solemn Strike, this card is fine all things considered.

For 1 it doesn't even kill the monster so if you use it the wrong time they can just get something else out to run over your monster,

and 2 we already have A Hero Emerges and Call of the Haunted and barely anyone if not no one uses those.

Also like Nyx said, another Trap Trix toy. Yay.

If there is a balance problem, I might just make it a OPT just to be safe, unless chaining themselves to each other was one of the things you were going for.
