*theme song from Shingeki no Kyojin plays*

I like it's summoning requirement, its different. However, I feel right now it's too easy to summon with it's current wording. There are quite a bit of 4000atk/def main deck monsters that one could effortlessly mill into the GY through various means, Foolish Burial being one. Heck, even a card like Snake Rain could make this incredibly easy to summon. But considering it's lackluster and simple effect, I think it could get away with adjusting the effect to making it requiring at least 2 monsters in the GY. Otherwise it's a straightforward card with an unorthodox summoning mechanic. Cool stuff.

It's .. interesting.

Correcting your wording a little:

Current "If this card leaves the field: Target 1 card on the field; destroy it."

or "If this card leaves the field: Send 1 card on the field to the GY"

I don't think the 'you can destroy 1 card on the field" wording works anymore

It's quite overpowered for OTK decks as it's summoning method allows for very easy summon for a free 4000 ATK beatstick.

Nothing to do with your card design, but where is the giant's head? Can't see it anywhere.

I'm not sure why "You can destroy 1 card on the field" would not work. It's just non-targeting removal that's not specified. The "Send 1 card on the field to the GY" is also different (and more overpowered) because it's non-targeting and non-destruction removal.

...anyway, being a LIGHT Rock is pretty cool. Good stats. I like the summoning condition... it's different and doesn't limit how many monsters you can banish. As far as I know, not a lot can abuse that.

A 4000 ATK beatstick that does nothing else while it's on the field isn't that bad. Destruction upon death is a good touch.

I think it's fairly balanced, but as others have pointed out, its somewhat-easy summoning requirements give it potential to be abused for OTKs. I'd say giving it a clause where you can only summon 1 "Almighty Giant" once per turn would remedy that.

I find it pretty cool. Solid 4k stats, and a solid and simple removal effect that can't go wrong.

Mound of the Bound Creator for a case of "your opponent pretty much has to use Utopia Lightning to get over it".

I also like how you can banish anything and its only requirement is the ATK stat bar to meet. You banish a Giant Rex for a +1 monster Summon, as well as lowering the fence to 2000 more ATK to meet, which is considerably more generic and easy to meet.

If there was an easier way to cycle it around, it'd be a great boss. Something like making it have 1000 DEF, so that Witch of the Black Forest can search it out, and Dark Advance can return it to your hand for your next turn while simultaneously allowing you to quick-Tribute Summon a Monarch. I know it isn't the best of plays but it'd have its charm xD
