The Nyx Avatar
So basically a gradual Deckout card that accumulates. I'm sure your opponent could remove this with Spell/Trap removal like Mystical Space Typhoon, Twin Twisters, and what have you. But on the off chance a player does not have any or use any, this card can get quite nasty. It's a neat alternative to getting your opponent to lose. There may be some archetypes that could take advantage of this like Burning Abyss, Shaddoll, and Infernoid. But I'd imagine most of those would like to save room in favor of faster cards. Flash Flyer - Sakura
To be fair, we are in that generation where Decks WANT their stuff milled so it isn't as effective. If this existed a couple generations ago, then yeah, it'd be more of a blow to the opponent (and you). Nowadays, yeah, the GY is a second hand and stuff now (see Lawnmowing / 60 cards). Then again, it could be fun for punishing the opponent for massive over-searching and having them Deck out early on, however that assumes you can win before they recover. Answering Nyx's remark about possible Decks that can mill; Infernoids could probably consider this to supplement Reasoning (but I don't know if they can spare a backrow slot for this), LS don't need it because they self-mill A LOT and I'm iffy about the other two. Then again, the aforementioned Lawnmowing exists as a faster mill, so... (Lawnmowing = Grass; the OCG name is habitual)

They'd want something faster. Sure, you could gradually accumulate them in the Graveyard. But chances are your opponent will beat you before you have an adequate Graveyard. So yeah, their current Spell/Trap Cards and That Grass Looks Greener are better suited for the archetype. Generations ago, yeah this would be much nastier. But as is now, it's fairly manageable (Spell/Trap removal, too slow to hurt your opponent badly). If your opponent used something like Lightsworn or Burning Abyss, then this would be less of a bother to them, too.
