Seifaat, the Starliege Dragon

Level 4 LIGHT Dragon Effect Monster

1800 ATK / 0 DEF

-You can only use each of this card name's (1) and (2) effects once per turn.

(1) You can send any number of Dragon monsters from your hand or face-up field to the GY; add 1 Dragon monster from your Deck to your hand whose Level equals the total original Levels of the sent monster(s).

(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Level 8 LIGHT or DARK Dragon monster in your GY; add it to your hand.

I was checking the post on ygorganization. It says the level needs to match the total original levels of the sent monsters.

The card seems a bit awkward since you are giving up a lot of resources just for a single search and the recycle effect is pretty specific.

That said, it effectively tutors Omni Dragon Brotaur which is pretty neat. Doubt it'll see competitive use, but it's definitely a fun card. I really wish it could've recovered Level 7 dragons though...

EDIT: If that's true, then this card is pretty insane. It tutors the baby chaos dragons which gives them a lot more consistency and any deck that can use 'em gains huge extenders using the guardragons.

Should make more sense that way (matching levels rather than cards themselves). No Dragon is worth to send 7+ cards. (Probably Pre errata CED).

JD Lightsworn builds would love this card though

Yep, (Twi)Lightsworn Decks are definitely gonna milk this for all it's worth: first effect alone lets you swap a Judgment Dragon for a Punishment Dragon, and vice-versa, depending on whichever you need most at the time, and second effect lets you reclaim a milled JD/PD.

I like it, but at the same time it makes me a bit queasy thinking about it. Further prove that Kaiba's the one designing this game

EDIT: Ew, now I just realized Blue-Eyes also gets a new toy when you consider Chaos MAX.  Now I'm REALLY sick to my stomach.

Gandora X gets another funking searcher

I wish they would just ban Gandora and free up Dark Matter and Darkness Metal
