Good for assisting with a board break when you go second, simultaneously can be played as a play extender if you get 2+ ED monsters on board, it's both Level 10 AND a Machine for some synergy with Trains, and WATER is cool because... it makes it recoverable by Toadally? xD Plus it's a Gizmek.
