Toon Black-Luster Soldier
LV8 Warrior Toon Effect
Cannot attack during the turn it is Summoned. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing Toon monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 8 or more. While you control “Toon World” and your opponent doesn’t control a Toon monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. Once per turn, if you control “Toon World”: You can target 1 card on the field; banish it. This card cannot attack during the turn this effect is activated.

Cannon be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoend by a card effect. You can banish 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your GY; Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is bansiehd: You can send 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your Deck to the GY, but for the rest of this turn, you cannot activate cards, or the effects of cards, with the same name as that card. You can only sue each effect of “Chaos Valkyrie” once per turn.

If you control “Toon World”: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, then, if you control another Toon monster, you can destroy 1 Spell/Trap your opponent controls. You can only use this effect of “Toon Harpie Lady” once per turn. While you control “Toon World” and your opponent doesn’t control a Toon monster, this card can attack your opponent directly.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your GY. While a Field Spell is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot target LIGHT or DARK monsters you control with card effects. You can target face-up cards on the field, up to the number of face-up Field Spells on the field; banish them. You can only use this effect of “Chaos Daedalus” once per turn.

Toon Bookmark
Spell
Add 1 “Toon World” or 1 card that specifically lists “Toon World” in its text from your Deck to your hand, except “Toon Bookmark”. If “Toon World” you control would be destroyed by card effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead. You can only activate 1 “Toon Bookmark” per turn.

Eternal Chaos
Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; send 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your Deck to the GY whose combined ATK is equal to or lower than that monster’s, also for the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you can only active 1 monster effect in the GY. You can only activate 1 “Eternal Chaos” per turn.

When a Spell/Trap Card or Monster Effect is activated while you control “Toon World” and a Toon monster(s); negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. You can only activate 1 “Terror Toon” per turn.

So Toon Black Luster Soldier is a monster one would prefer to get out with Toon Mask (Or Toon Red Eyes Toon Dragon/Toon Black Magician).

Honestly Toon Black Luster Soldier should have been able to alternatively banish materials from the graveyard for its summon.

[Edit: It has to be noted that Toon Black Luster Soldier can attack the turn it is summoned, the translation " Cannot attack during the turn it is Summoned. " at the top is wrong in that regard, I checked it in the card text.]

Toon Harpie Lady is propably the best Toon monster right now (though one could debate if it would be her or Toon Cyber Dragon/Toon Red Eyes, being easy to field and having an upside over comparable Toon monsters).

Toon Bookmark is something they really needed, another Table of Contents and more importantly a way to protect Toon Kingdom from simple effect destruction.

Terror Toon being a searchable Imperial Tombs of Necrovalley for more protection for Toon Kingdom (or interruption) is also nice.

Given the placement of these cards we can propably expect 1 more Spell or Trap for Toons.

Looks like solid support for Toons. The Omni-Counter is bland, though. If only it did something more amusing, or had a GY effect like Orcust Crescendo. Toon Bookmark makes a handful of Toon toys more consistent to grab, I'm thinking of Comic Hand. Not to mention it's another searcher card in addition to Table of Contents.

The Chaos batch looks fun and all, but I dare say unwieldy with the set-up it requires, and the restrictions on some effects, like that thing of Eternal Chaos of only 1 monster effect in the GY for the rest of the turn, and the effect lock of Valkyria. Also, I would have preferred they expanded on Lightrays before jumping into another series of alternate forms for renowned monsters.
