So this theme helps Chaos Decks recycle their resources in order to summon more Chaos monsters by having you return banished LIGHT and DARK monsters to your GY to


Twilight Solider of Zera
lv 4 LIGHT
Warrior/Effect
(This cards name is always treated as "Warrior of Zera".)
You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT or DARK monster form your GY. You can only Special Summon "Twilight Solider of Zera" once per turn this way. While face-up on the field or in your GY, this card is also DARK Attribute. You can Fusion Summon 1 Fusion monster form your Extra Deck, using this card and monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Material. You can only use this effect of "Twilight Solider of Zera".

Chaos Zera 
lv 8 DARK
Fiend/Effect
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster form your GY. While face-up on the field or in your GY, this card is also LIGHT Attribute. You can only use the following effects of "Chaos Zera" once per turn.
* If this card is Special Summoned: Add 1 "Twilight Solider of Zera" from your Deck, GY or that's banished to your hand.
* If this card destroys a monster by battle: You can return 1 of your banished LIGHT or DARK monsters to your GY; Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of the destroyed monster.

Shining Archlord Zerato
lv 8 LIGHT
Fairy/Fusion/Effect
"Warrior of Zera" + 1 LIGHT monster
Gains 300 ATK and DEF for each LIGHT monster in your GY. You can only activate the following effects of "Shining Archlord Zerato" once per turn.
*You can return 1 of your banished LIGHT monsters to the GY; destroy all monsters your opponent controls, then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards destroyed by this effect x 500.
* If this card is destroyed by battle or by an opponents card effect: Special Summon 1 "Warrior of Zera" from your GY.

Darkness Mazera DeVille

Fiend/Fusion/Effect
"Warrior of Zera" + 1 DARK monster
Gains 300 ATK and DEF for each DARK monster in your GY. You can only activate the following effects of "Darkness Mazera DeVille" once per turn.
* You can return 1 of your banished DARK monsters to your GY; destroy all Spell/Trap cards your opponent controls, then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards destroyed by this effect x 500.
* If this card is destroyed by battle or by an opponents card effect: Special Summon 1 "Warrior of Zera" from your GY.

Twilight Emperor Mazera Zerato
lv 10 DARK
Warrior/Fusion/Effect
"Warrior of Zera" + 1 LIGHT monster + 1 DARK monster
Gains 300 ATK and DEF for each LIGHT and DARK monster in your GY. While on the field or in your GY, this card is also LIGHT Attribute. You can only activate the following effects of "Twilight Mazera Zerato" once per turn.
* You can return 2 of your banished monsters to your GY (1 LIGHT monster and 1 DARK monster); destroy all cards on your opponents side of the field, then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards destroyed by this effect x 500, also you cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn.
* If this card is destroyed by battle or by an opponents card effect: Special Summon 1 "Warrior of Zera" from your GY and add 1 "Chaos Zera" from Deck, GY or that's banished to your hand.
ATK/3300 DEF/2800

Chaos Entry
Spell Card
Pay half of your LP; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT or DARK monster from your Deck, also banish it from your field or GY during the End Phase this turn. For the rest of the turn after you resolve this effect, your opponent takes no damage this turn. You can banish this card from your GY; banish 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your Deck. For the rest of the turn, after you resolve either of this cards effects, you cannot Special Summon monsters except LIGHT and DARK monsters. You can only activate 1 "Chaos Entry" effect per turn and only once that turn.

Twilight Barrier
Counter Trap Card
Activate this card when your opponent activates a card or effect. Banish 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your GY; negate the activation of that card and banish it.

Chaos Entry is really the only card out of these I'm interested in for Chaos.dek.  That said... it seems really powerful.  It pretty much "unlimits" any limited low level LIGHT/DARKs (Armageddon Knight + Burning Abyss Graff immediately jumps to mind) since it doesn't negate their effects.

The LIGHT/DARK restriction doesn't feel like much of a restriction especially compared to the enormous benefits of tutoring what you want from Deck.

 

Chaos.dek does have issues with starting plays, but making a super generic Attribute-based play starter doesn't feel like the right way to go here.

Made the slight nerf on it by making it so if you use the first effect of Chaos Entry your opponent takes no damage that turn.
