The Weather Painter Drought

Fairy/Effect
You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by discarding 1 "The Weather" card from your hand. You can only Special Summon "The Weather Drought" once per turn this way. If this card is Special Summoned this way: You can activate 1 of the following effects, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck except "The Weather" monsters this turn.
* Special Summon 1 "The Weather" monster from your hand or Deck.
* Set 1 "The Weather" Spell/Trap card directly from your Deck, also you can activate that card during the turn it was set.
ATK/2400 DEF/1200

Note: This card represents the missing Red Color in The Weathers theme.

2 "The Weather" monsters with different Attributes
While on the field, this card is also FIRE Attribute. "The Weather" monsters you control gain 200 ATK for each "The Weather" card in your Spell/Trap Card Zone. Once per turn, If your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can destroy 1 "The Weather" card in your Spell/Trap Card Zone; negate that cards effects and destroy it, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent and increase your LP equal to the number of "The Weather" cards on the field x 200.
ATK/2800 DEF/2200

Note: Great Storms design is based on how Blue and Red combine to make purple hence why its both Water and Fire.

Gains 1000 ATK for each "The Weather" card in the same column as this card. If this card is Co-Linked: "The Weather" cards you control cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponents card effects. If this card is sent from the field to the GY: You can activate 1 of the following effects. You can only activate this effect of "The Weather Painter Clear" once per turn.
* Special Summon 1 "The Weather" monster from your hand or GY.
* Add 1 "The Weather" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck or GY to your hand.

The Weather Humid Drought Canvas
Continuous Spell Card
Reduce the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls equal to the number of "The Weather" cards you control x 200. "The Weather" effect monsters in the Main Monster Zone of this cards column gains the following effect.
* If this card destroys a monster by battle by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monsters original ATK.

The Weather Clear Sky Canvas
Spell Card
Return all "The Weather" cards in your Spell/Trap Card Zones to your hand, also, you can activate "The Weather" Trap Cards during the turn they are set this turn. You can banish this card from your GY while their are no cards on your field; Draw 2 cards. You can only activate each effect of "The Weather Clear Sky Canvas" once per turn.

If your intention was to make Weather Painters playable you would succeed with this support.

If I would play devil's advocate I would have to point out that we already have 1 Canvas for each colour a rainbow is usually associated with (although that is in fact even confined to the visible spectrum, so I am not a fan of that argument).

The worst one is obviously "The Weather Humid Drought Canvas", just adding some ATK reduction and a win-moar burn effect, however with the amount of Weather cards one aims to stack this might a well say "all Weather monsters get pseudo invincibility by battle".

By far the strongest card is definitely "The Weather Painter Drought", which almost single handedly fixes the issues of the archtype, being unable to swarm (in any fast and remotely efficient way), accessing interruption tools (in fact their Link 3 is kind of the best interruption they can get) and adding a remotely decent way of getting The Weather Painter Sun into the graveyard.

The Weather Painter Clear is definitely the second bets card, especially considering it can be summoned with The Weather Painter Drought, allows a summoned Drought + any Painter in one's hand/Painter Sun in the graveyard to be an instant Painter Rainbow, while also summoning a Painter for it enable and if one has Sun as discard fodder and any Painter + Painter Drought one can access a 3-card Painter Rainbow, supported by the 2 Painters it enables, including a second copy of Painter Clear, which protects the entire setup and can be used as negation, which then immediately tutors out a third negation.

The Weather Clear Sky Canvas is the next card in line for title of being the strongest support card, given the abundance of searchers and the fact that it is effectively a Pot of Greed for Weather Painters to open up with 6 cards.

The Weather Painter Great Storm, while not being as amazing as the above cards, is one of the best friends of Ultra Polymerization and can be summoned out with it, without interrupting the laddering into Painter Rainbow, in fact it can even replace the third Painter one needs to access it, while extending the player with even more negation.

To sum it up, this support would definitely make the archtype viable, definitely not top tier, however definitely quite powerful (as far as I can tell), given how easily and consistently one can setup a multi-negation board, which would be almost unbreakable.
